Second time I go, and they closed 30 minutes early. Watched 4 cars try to go to Harvey's... We all went to McDonald's instead hahahaIf it's the evening, I would not recommend it as they regularly don't follow their own schedule.Burgers were good enough to keep me trying, but I can't support the rude way they turn down people. Most of them give you an attitude for being there, like if we annoy them by being a patron.

The burgers are good. Onions rings are well prepared. Must wait 5mn for coffee 'cause not ready yet. When you are in a rush it's long. Personnel : some still lack experience. In general : OK

Edit : they got back to me, Mali promised to re-do my order for free to make it right. I will update review after my next visit. Impressed with the customer service.Nice service, but dry, sauceless burgers (we specifically asked for sauce), and my large fridelle consisted of exactly 4 onion rings. Won't visit again.
Ordered a double hamburger with a regular poutine...everything was super fresh and tasty ! The service was good and fast !
Very inconvenient service. Drive through only for ordering. No pickup either, with online ordering being shut down for some reason. Only doing 1 order at a time (the car in front orders, waits, picks up their order and leaves before the next car gives in their order to repeat the same process). I'm fine with the doors being locked for covid reasons, but at least let us order online or by phone in advance so that cars don't pile up like traffic during rush hour...
