Worst stuff ever, doesn’t respect clients. too late and too slow,They even don’t have experience how to deal or handle the clients.I hope there is a zero star to give.

The whole restaurant needs to be renovated.However, even though there’s another Harveys closer to my home (dix30) I always end up going to this Harveys due to a better and more generous staff. A+
I usually always get a good experience here but this time there was a little something. I went there with my family and it was time to choose the vegetables and sauce for our burgers. I told the lady to put lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise on the burger. She put lettuce on the burger then she asked if there was anything else? I assumed she didn't hear me the first time so I brushed it off. I just told her to add tomato and mayonnaise and she did so. For the second burger, I said all-dressed including lots of spicy pepper. I saw her put everything except the spicy peppers. She already started to wrap up the burger and I asked her if she added the spicy peppers and she said no. I told her she can put the peppers on the side. Then it was time for my burger and I told her all-dressed too. She put everything except olives and asked me what sauce I wanted. I pointed at the olives and asked her for some. She just stared at me blankly. I pointed again and asked again then she just nodded and asked what sauce. I told her the sauce then she added the sauce and afterwards the olives. I'm not sure if she had difficulty hearing me or if it was something else.
Great quality and fresh hamburger. Service a little bit slow but very respectful, not like MacDo on Tashereau, Brossard. Good clean place!
Better than McDonald's but still a food chain restaurants taste.
I ordered a trio from Harvey’s that arrived maybe 30 minutes ago, while eating a French fry I noticed something sticking out of it. I thought it may have just been a peace of potato or whatever so I tried to remove it only to notice it’s a freaking tooth pick, its firmly in there too. When I contacted DoorDash all they would do is refund me partially and when I brought up it being more serious than a missing item I was ignored. I could have seriously choked on this thing.
YO EVERYONE HARVEY'S HIRING, I think the lack of staff made my order take a whole lot longer (I was staring at my chicken burger in the back while the girl was putting on gloves for the order ahead of me.) But hey I won't blame for it if there's barely any staff there(unless theres perfectly enough staff THEN GIRL GO FASTER THERE'S 4 PEOPLE BEHIND)otherwise food was amazing (thank you person in back ?) and I wish yall the best ?
