Clean, fast service. Five guys have great fries so I had to do give it a shot trying the poutine. Fries are decent , sauce is good but the cheese they use melt too much and taste bland . With proper cheese curds I think that could be a hit.
Horrible service. I walked in to all employees talking. I placed my order and wanted to pay with a gift card. No one knew how to use the gift card. I had to pay with my card. When I received my order, they had made a mistake. I ordered 2 milkshakes, they had only charged me one. I asked for my second milkshake and told the employee that I would pay it when the line would go down. I sat down and started eating and another employee came to see me and told me to get up and get in line to pay right away. I explained that I wanted to eat hot and she could take the other milkshake while I eat. She did not accept this. I told her that I didn't want the milkshake anymore. The manager came and asked me to leave. When I said that I wanted to eat and leave afterwards, she called security. This is outrageous. What a horrible service.I worked at five guys as a manager for almost three years and I never treated clients like this. Horrible service and horrible experience.
Love this place got served last Friday by this beautiful young lady named Alyssa. She was so sweet and patient with me (it was my first time ever going to a 5 guys fast food) and honestly it’s worth every penny

Great place, I always come back 20 min before the end of the day and order a full meal. Great deal burger is the best in town, highly recommend, parking outside the store by night. Enjoy ;-)
I love this place, burgers always so awesome and tasty, probably my favorite burger joint. Service is always great, smiling and friendly staff. I think I'll go grab another!
The food was great as usual, friendly staff except the manager (the only one wearing black uniform) on duty April 16th afternoon, She had an unacceptable and rude Behavior toward a customer yelling at them to leave if the’re not happy! She was also yelling at staff in front of customers (being late) it made an uncomfortable atmosphere. Rush hour could be stressful but there no excuse for a manager to handle these types of situations so poorly. Bad for the well established brand
Amazing cheesburger and spicy fries. Staff was great, waiting time was a little long but obviously during lunch rush it's to be expected.
Big juicy burgers! Incredible! A little expensive but worth it. Super nice staff. Huge poutine!
