I bought ground beef without any spices that looked red and fresh from the top. once I got home and opened it to cook it , I found the inside layers were all grey and brown and smelly , they put one fresh layer of ground beef at the top to mask the rotten layers under it , this is dishonest and not to mention dangerous since spoiled meat can make people seriously sick !
Restaurant staff used his hand (without gloves) to pack a full grilled chicken for me. After complaining, he put the chicken back for sale using his hand again and gave me another one with a serving tong. The staff are talking to each other and laughing while packing meals without masks. I don’t feel comfortable buying food from their restaurant anymore.
Their are so short staffed that I have to stop coming. The Grillades counter has ONE person and there are 20 people in line waiting. This is at least 45 minutes waiting. This supermarket has decreased in Customer service and quality as well. They grew too quick and it shows. There are smaller stores with better choices. If you value your time, don't come here. Plus the line to pay, because there are no cashiers, starts at the grillade counter!!! Obviously, the staff is rude and barely answers any questions.
I understand that hiring staff is hard these days, but that does not excuse poor manners and a lack service from staff! This is the third time in a row my wife and I have received rude service from the staff from the meat counter. I will never shop in the Brossard establishment again and will never recommend to future shoppers to your store. Train your staff properly!
A really great place for groceries but grilled lunch to go is the worst ever. From 11.30 to 1.30 only one person to serve clients! LineUp is insane and many people give up... Overall they seem really annoyed most of the time. It's probably the best time to reorganise the team there, get them paid enough, cause when you're also queing to pay there's enough money to double the team at noon
Me and my wife Visited this Store in Brossard on Leduc in MT on June 14 /2022 . Coming from Toronto ON . What a Disappointment it was . People were lined up for an hour at fast Food counter and waiting for some women to show up to serve them the Chicken and Vegetables but she was no show . People started getting angry . We looked for a Manager but no one helped . Some guy call the intercom and still no lady at the Food counter . Other workers were so Embarrassed . What a day at Adonis store . Terrible management ! The stores in Toronto are so much better organised and service there so much better . The customers there were saying that this store is always with bad service . Only one cashier was working too . Long line ups . Terrible . ! Fix it ASAP please ! Is anyone listening ? Change management fast !
Great variety of cheeses, nuts, Olives, spices, cold cuts, meats, fish and ready home made like authentic dishes. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The cashiers are very courteous and helpful.
I used to go to this Adonis for almost 5 years. Today, the manager rejected to let me and my tiny Maltese dog in. She never barks and she is so smqll sitting on her blancket in the cart. The people working in Olive section and fruites sections always loved her and know how quite she is.I still cannot believe they rejected a regular customer with no respect at all. They were very rude and harsh talking. They could maybe just give a warning if they have new rules or something and not being rude making me leave the store crying and feeling attacked!!!!
I usually enjoy coming to this Adonis to buy meals from their restaurant. Since the mask mandate has been completed, their food serving staff do not wear masks (which is fine); however, when I was ordering food yesterday, there were 3 guys in the meal preparation area who were calling across to each other, gathering around one another right next to the food to talk and laugh, and the guy who was serving me was whistling as he was putting my food into the container (so obviously his spit is gradually going onto the food). It would be great if the meal preparation staff could be more mindful when preparing meals for others rather than talking and laughing together, and so spattering their spit, all over people's food... Otherwise, when masks were on, always a good experience...
The tabouleh I got the other day was full of sand and big chunky parsley stems, not very pleasant. Also the wait to order at the counter is easily half an hour while employees talk on their cell phone while serving you.
