I Love A&W but please change the open hours of the week-end. It is still showing 10.00pm when they close at 8.00pm saturdays and sundays.
The line progressed slower than montreal traffic. And the food took so long to get after placing our order. There were kids complaining about how long this is taking. And the staff wasn't using gloves while preparing the food.
Avoid the a&w at the corner of taschereau and rome. While the staff is very nice, the burgers are horrible. Buns are hard and cold. Beef is not fresh - old overcooked (black) and cold to the touch. Same experience both times I went to this location. Kinda ruined a&w for me. I would recommend people to take their chances at the other locations on taschereau. Avoid this one!
I asked for sprite, and when I arrived home it was just water with gas. Check your food before leaving!
Food is okay, but for the price I can feed an extra head someplace else.And whats up with the no ice, flimsy cups, paper straws. Overall service is decent

We decided to try the Nashville hot chicken sandwich. It consisted of a crispy and crunchy chicken breast, sweet pickles and a Nashville-inspired aioli, all on a brioche-style bun. The sides were great. The fries were thick-cut and served with the skin. The onion rings were made fresh and not too much batter. Everything was prepared on order and was delicious.
We waited over an hour! I don’t know why they call it fast food? It should be called slow food! Could of went to any other restaurant and it would have been faster!
Food was surprisingly good. - one star because the cashier utterly mixed up everyone's orders (drinks, burgers and sides were correct, but not grouped as they were ordered)
