Arriving with limited expectations thinking it would be more like Taco Bell we didn't know what to expect. In the beginning the music seemed quite loud but as the night went on you tend to get used to it.I really enjoyed my tacos, having made my own tacos for most of my life I was pleasantly surprised with the homemade taco experience.Greeted promptly, Great service, great food and even better prices.
I'm sorry to say but this is not Mexican food, it's Tex-Mex, most of the dishes are not something you would find in Mexico in the way they are cooked and served, I don't mean they are bad, the flavours are decent but not like what I expected. I strongly suggest to have a reservation if you're planning to come during weekends since this place is very crowded. The service needs also some improvements since the waiters could be overwhelmed with all the tables and sometimes they forget you exist.
Service was friendly and good until the end but the food is anything but authentic. The appetizer chips are served warm with a good salsa but the two meals we had were bland and the tortilla was mushy. The drinks are good but way overpriced. We were there for a birthday party and the waiter all but kicked us out because they reserved the table for other guests. Won't be going back.
Planned to visit 3 Amigos for a while, finally today. Loved the food, drinks and ambiance,The best place to hang out with couples and friends. Service is best ?
It's always good and when you know what to choose it's not too pricey. But there's never gonna be enough chips and salsa. Unless you buy a bag and 1 liter to bring back home, which I recommend! It's so yummy ?
The manager got up in my face when he was told I was leaving. I left due to the poor service and wait time. He told me because of all the customers he had there was no way the food would come fast, but when my order was not put in the computer and tables that came in after I ordered received their plates. I knew the waitress did not put my order in right away, and wasted an hour of my time. I usually really enjoy the 3Amigos experience, but this manager who is a white male, made me feel uncomfortable to even go back to any of the other 3Amigos. Especially since he was in my face in front of all the customers waiting to be seated. He also blamed his outburst on the fact that he only had 2 chefs, if that was the issue he should not have seated my table nor the 2 big tables that came in after mine. The manager that is a black male, was very helpful in the situation and found a solution. If I only had to deal with him I would be returning to the 3 Amigos franchises.
Food is good, tacos and fajitas are my favorite dishes, always feels hot and fresh. Rice is fantastic. Really upbeat atmosphere. So if you're looking for a fun night out with good food, this would be a decent choice.
Fantastic place to eat, very good meal. The salsa is incredible and the tacos are my favorite. We thank the few employees that were there to receive our family on that Halloween day.
As is the case, every time I visit, the service was slow. I had received an E-Mail promotion offering me either a free Starter or 1 of 3 different cocktails. As my wife & I had more than one restaurant choice, we decided to come here and benefit from the offer. A REAL SCAM!! The waitress needed to get a manager to help but I was required to somehow obtain a QR code for this freebee from my E-Mail. Strangely enough the system did not recognize me even after multiple attempts (it did to send the E-Mail though) so I was unable to get the freebee. This manager says, "It must be a bug in the system so I'll report it to management". The only positive part of this lunch was that the food was good.
Portions are decent but the food was tasteless. Ambiance of the place is awesome though.
