Very quick drive through experience.Sandwiches were prepared wonderfully.Only disappointment was the 20 pack of tidbits only had 17.
I like this tims in the day time but in night there is that one guy who never listens properly and don’t serve good so I won’t suggest you to go in there at late night.Tims need to train their staff.

28 JAN ( 9-20 AM) DRIVE THROUGH POOR SERVICE AS I ORDERED EVERYTHING BAGEL TOASTED WITH BUTTER,CHEESE AND HERB GARLIC CHEESE AND WHEN I OPENED TO EAT I FOUND NOTHING INSIDE AND WAS BURNT FULLY.
Good service. Enjoyed the coffee and timbits.
Did not get all of order. Had to go back. They charged me for item forgotten
Coffee smell & taste like detergent ??
Very poor customer interaction, to the man working drive through around 4pm monday October 4. I said “hello” you didn’t respond, I paid and you didn’t say a word and shut the window in my face. Then handed me my food and drinks and I said “thank you”, you didn’t respond and started talking to your co worker. If my employees interacted with my customers that way I would let you go with a smile on my face. Also, your body odour was so bad that days later I can STILL smell it in my car.

We were 4 people for getting tea ,,, last night the girl was working said I don’t have tea and we said we can wait you can make ...the girl got very angry ? and after taking money slap the window on our face ... we paid but came back without getting it as we didn’t wanna deal with the situation. Seriously don’t open 24 hours if you don’t have anything.
