Coming here ruins my morning... and I'm am huge on optimism.Has anyone else been having a REALLY negative experience at the North River Road Tim Hortons lately? I just started going there more as it is close to my new job, but I'm done after today.There was not 1 other car in the drive through, lots of staff working, and the person who took my order made me repeat it 4 times, kept cutting me off and ended up giving me the wrong order.Me (clearly,slowly): "Can I have a Bacon and Egg on a biscuit MEAL with a large ice coffee and hash-"Them: "you want it on a biscuit?"Me: "....yes"Them: "would you like the meal?"Me: ".......yes"Them: " what would you like to drink?"Me: "a large ice coffee"Them: "a large ice coffee?"Me: "yes and a hashbrown"Them: "so you want the meal"Me: "..................yes"Them: *charges me separately for each item instead of making it a meal and doesnt give me a hashbrown*I've worked in a drivethrough before, so I know to order slowly, and clearly so the person can hear you.2 days ago I had to argue with the person over the speaker to get a BLT with no egg, as they "don't serve that until 10am" even though I ordered it with no problem at 9am the day before? Really?Anyways... I feel for fast food workers, I was in their place a few years ago. It's a tough job and the pay isn't great, but I never argued with a customer, made them repeat their entire order 4 times, cut them off, or said "bye" instead of "have a good day".. maybe that's just me....?
Regular Price and tea.But the speed of service for dining in is kinda slow. And the ? WIFI doesn't seem like working well.
Managers were rude to the lobby cashiers who seemed flustered, and my coffee was made wrong. When I asked for a remake, they hesitated to help the new guy who didn't know how to make it.Management was also talking back to a woman who asked why multiple cars got their order before she got hers. Very unpleasant visit; I feel bad for the employees.
The North River Road Tim Hortons is a great and fantastic place to buy coffee tea donuts muffins and the staff is friendly and helpful too
Staff in Cornwall are excellent. Well run. Coffee is always perfect.
Sometime they just mess up the things but AKANKSHA is someone who made me give 5 stars. She is amazing everytime she makes the coffee. She surely needs a raise to serve the best Dark Roast everysinglw time. ????
there’s been staff changes specially in the morning, the line ups are not maintained and I haven’t been given the correct order in weeks, completely wrong. I’ve mentioned once or twice no change . There was incredible staff in the mornings before.
This Location of Tim Hortons is my favourite location because i lived in Charlottetown for 2 years.Whenever we got a time to go outside We always preferred to go here and enjoy our coffee ❤️❤️Very nice staff & food ✌️✌️
Great experience. We ordered coffee and Boston cream donut ?. Staff were friendly and order was delivered without any delay.
Coffee perfect but when asked for a tea I got coffee instead and was well on my way and couldn't go back and correct it.
