lol i work at another store and when i tried to explain how to ring through a cup discount the SSV looked me up and down then ignored me. they rang the drink in wrong but the way they did it caused it to be free so thanks i guess. they also came on the floor with toilet paper in their hands and no apron. im chill but that was straight up one of the rudest interactions i’ve had at starbucks and i literally work there ??
Above-average compared to other locations. The food is excellent, fresh, and ready to consume, and the same goes for their coffee & confectioneries. I've been here twice thus far and have been treated very well both times.
WE PAID FOR 4 CHOCOLATE CAKE POPS AND WE RECEIVED 3. They charged us for 4, taking our hard earned money. Really unhappy
Its been the 4th time that i went to this star bucks, everytime i go either order it from app or drive through. Somehow we always get 1-2 things wrong. This time is the last time i am visiting this branch. Today i ordered chai tea, birthday cake pop, and bagel. And the birthday cake pop was missing 3 rd time. Really dissatisfied with the service. Never got a option for refund , replacement for the item I haven’t from starbucks aap.
Learn to wipe the cup after you make the drinks. Terrible!!!Also, had to pay for a paper bag but i had to bag my own items?! Come on team. You can do better.
Very good service, the only Starbucks I've seen during my stay in Charlottetown! Has a lot of very special merchandise, nice and clean environments!
Food and drink are really tasty, my one issue though is the cup and lids can be really leaky when the decide to leak.
Just going to pick up a mobile order & was treated like garbage. Very unnecessary. Extremely disappointed in so much attitude for just picking up an order.
Picked up a noble order for a friend. Was such a simple seamless trip. Pretty awesome to watch them work.
I have visited this Starbucks since 2020. I got nice customer service so many times but just one staff gave me horrible customer experience twice.First experience was I ordered decaf pike place roast but she gave me caffein one. So I told her that she gave me caffein and she made decaf one without saying sorry or something. Her attitude was bad. I felt like I did something wrong or something.And today I experienced another poor customer service from her again. She took an order but she didn’t ask me whether I want to earn stars or not. I turned on the starbucks app to earn stars before I ordered my coffee but I also forgot. (I don’t have any problem with this part because we are all human being and we could forget something when we are busy or something. ) So I asked her if I can earn stars, but she told me I already ordered so she can’t. (But I know she can. because I used to work at Starbucks before so I know system of Starbucks. And asking customers whether they want to earn stars or not is kind of duty for casher.) She told me she has to refund and order again. So I asked her “could you try?” Then she sighed. What is this attitude to customer?? I felt like I did something bad to her or something. She didn’t say anytihng and other staff helped me to earn stars. This staff was nice and kind. (I thank this staff not the rude one.)I wanted to tell the rude staff about my feeling in person but I didn’t because they seemed busy. So that’s why I am writing her review here. I hope she reads this review and thinks about her customer service. No matter how she is busy, she has to give the right customer service to every customers evenly. Because it is her work place not her home or something. I always get great customer services at Starbucks in several countries but not from her. (I don’t know her nick name that she is using at work but I would say she seems like a Chinese but speaks English like a native. And she wore pink mask today. I believe she could notice this review is about her). Starbucks is the biggest coffee company and that’s why all of staffs get training before they start to work. All staffs could make customers to be happy or to be upset just by giving them customer service. I hope she could learn something from this review. If not, I don’t want to order to her or I will go to another place.
