Good food and wonderful location but their portion sizes leave much to be desired. Had a nice meal but still left hungry....

Good service, decent food. On the pricey side but it's located at a tourist location so it's understandable

Large popular deck by Peakes wharf with run-of-the-mill pub food. Everything was ok, nothing was special. Service was friendly. Big seller is amazing raw oyster special during happy hour. Go well with buckets of beer.

We travelled from Cavendish to Charlottetown in search of a restaurant with a patio and ocean view and we ended up here. (saw at least a dozen other spots in between but my wife doesn't listen) Anyways - 1PM we were able to slide right in and get a spot on the patio. I would describe it as a place where you can get a half decent meal while sitting in the middle of a very busy tourist area/trap. The price matches the location but the food could use some work. The drinks (for what you pay) simply come out in whatever basic glass they have. (I really don't care) The food came out (kids sizes were pretty small - chicken fingers had small portion of fries with two chicken fingers) - (hamburger came out with nothing on it - used the ketchup on the table and asked for mustard). The family used the restrooms prior to eating and even a 7 year old said, "they were disgusting and stunk". The wife confirmed this.

great atmosphere warm welcome and good service very good dishes the fish tacos are perfect Wow wow wow!

My wife and I with our nephew, his wife, and 2 young boys had a SUPER-EXCELLENT lunch today at Peakes Quay Restaurant. The food and service was A2. A2 is twice-as-good as A1. The interior atmosphere was great and the food tasted great. Also, our server Jacy was excellent with knowledge of everything, and excellent service. For anyone visiting Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island; I suggest you have a meal at Peakes Quay Restaurant. To everyone at Peakes Quay Restaurant, keep up the excellent work.

We visited Peak’s twice and both times the service was excellent, drinks cold and food very good. Seafood chowder and lobster roll were the best we tasted on the island.

Friendly people. Awesome location. Great food. Fresh lobster roll. And the weather that day is nice too.Only thing for me is the selection of food is pretty limited. They don’t have pasta except for the kids one. I don’t think they’ve got chicken too (I might be mistaken) but would love to see wider range of options. Overall great experience

I wasn’t planning to write anything, but feel like if my review can warn even one person, it would be worth it. It’s a place for drinks, not food. Lobster roll is full of lettuce and shredded(!) lobster. I’ve eaten better lobster roll during Montreal’s winter! The roll came with Caesar salad. I don’t remember when Caesar salad was part of the meal, but I would be ok with it if it was of decent quality. That one was your basic lazy Caesar with bottom part of lettuce leaves ( hard steams) and crumbled bacon from jar. Staff looks lost. Place is overcrowded and loud. Save your money and go eat someplace else.

We visit this restaurant every year during our holiday. The location is great and the quality of food has kept us coming back. Yesterday was likely our last though - there are many other restaurants in the area, old and new, and time to take our holiday money elsewhere. My husband ordered the grilled chicken breast club but it was literally a search to find the chicken. The main ingredient in the sandwich was the cheese spread. We did mention to the waitress (not all all her fault) and she told the kitchen and discounted our meal by 10%. We weren’t looking for compensation, simply a good lunch. Any reputable cook should have realized before sending that meal to a paying customer that the main ingredient was very much shortchanged. We acknowledge the struggles that businesses are having with staff, costs etc. but if you have set your price and described your item then it is up to you to provide that item to your customers who are paying the increased prices.
