Excellent customer service, delicious food and a very friendly, clean atmosphere. The owner went out of her way to make sure we were enjoying our food and even offered tasty recommendations. You can tell the food is homemade with love.
We had a lovely family meal. We’d done our research for Chinese restaurants in Charlottetown and read recent reviews but still had a momentary doubt. From the outside it did not look as I’d imagined but we went in anyway - and we’re not disappointed! The food was delicious and the potion sizes were huge - so much so, we couldn’t eat it all. We certainly didn’t need the appetisers. It was quiet when we first went in but rapidly filled, however the staff remained very friendly and attentive. I can thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
There are things to look for when you go to a Chinese restaurant even in a small town like Charlottetown. Make sure that forks are not on the table. Make sure that chopsticks are on offer. Make sure that the menu does not feature chicken balls front and center.Finding a restaurant that adheres to the simple principles and smaller towns and cities is not always easy. When you do, be aware that you are likely in for a treat. The noodle house offers a variety of authentic Sichuan and Cantonese dishes and is sure to impress those from larger cities. We sat down and within minutes were served a constant stream of steaming, delicious and fresh dishes. I would’ve taken pictures but we ate them too fast.Perhaps more important is that the restaurant was clean, the service wonderfully friendly, and if you have particular preferences for your food they are happy to accommodate. There is an extensive vegetarian section and they were able to make me mapo tofu that ROCKED and was vegan. Thanks!
Food was just blahhh, and my daughter and I were not feeling the greatest for the entire night. Not good experience!
We ordered a to go order for dinner at the Noodle House. We found the food to be very good in some areas, and lacking in others. Nothing was bad, but nothing was unbelievably good either. But for the most part dinner was enjoyable. The price was reasonable. The staff was friendly and nice. Upon pick up, the restaurant seemed clean. To sum it up, I would order again or even sit down inside the restaurant for dinner. Noodle house seems like a decent Chinese restaurant.
Came for lunch at this place and got a pleasant surprise! The dishes we ordered, sautéed string beans with chopped pork, pork feet stew with peanuts, sautéed beef with Chinese vegetables, and steamed Chicken, are cooked in genuine Cantonese style. They are delicious and served in large portions. The owners are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this place.
I 10/10 recommend! ? The spring rolls and steamed dumplings were delicious. Thank you for a flavorful and yummy experience this evening. I will definitely be back.
Super fresh, plentiful and delicious!
My husband and I ate here. The food was delicious. We had the #3 combo plate. We couldn't finish the enormous servings and were able to enjoy another meal the next day that was equally tasty.
Came by on May 13th shortly before 9PM to get veg chow mein and mixed veg rice noodles. Started eating then found a long black hair in my noodles, neither my girlfriend or I could finish our food after that. We were eating it in the parking lot in my car and the employees left a few min prior. So I went to message them explaining the situation and asking for a refund only to have my messages repeatedly left on read with no response whatsoever. Working in the restaurant industry for 10 years, I know that is not how you appropriately deal with these things.
