This KFC and the one in Charlottetown just went downhill. They increased the prices and we said nothing, but Increase the prices and get portions instead of a filling meal now? KFC poutine used to be my favourite, now you barely get gravy on the fries, the cheese is cold, and the fries are dry. Taking advantage of people basically cause no other competitors. And what’s with the drive thru menu that hasn’t been updated yet based on what the employees say? You guys don’t even have a drive thru menu… it’s torn apart. Awful management ??
The service is very poor. I ordered 20 chicken wings today. After paid, I want asking for a small box. The staff told me he can not give it to me, because each box goes with a order. If He gave it to me, the boss will ask him why he was missing a box.

Poor customer service i came at 7:15pm March/6/22 staff is busy in talking inside the kitchen not watching who is waiting outside waited for 22 minutes at the counter for somebody to come in front and ask their customer what they need manager should see the camera and ask their employees about this incident never coming back
Wish I had of read the reviews before ordering at this KFC. Nothing worse than getting home with supper and having to re cook the meal you just order. I will definitely be supporting other businesses like Mary Browns in the future.
0 stars, chicken was the size of baby hamsters , old and tasted funny. Gravy quality was basically brown water. Bonus, I power puked it up when I got home. Avoid at all costs.
Bought a bucket of chicken and the bottom pieces where grease balls and unrecognizable as chicken. Also the girls English language skills where so bad that she is hard to understand.
Just went through the drive through and purchased a 18pc bucket. I was kept waiting for 5min while they went to check if they could fill the order. She came back and said she could. I said if you don't have enough chicken to fill it properly I'll take the smaller bucket. They said it would be the right combination of pieces. I got home to find that I had received 17pcs not 18 and that 8 of them were legs. $40 wasted. Never again! side note: This was after going through the drive through on University Ave only to be told that it would be a 45min wait for my order. and there were only 2 cars in the parking lot. With service like this it's not hard to guess who'll be closing down next.
Very good fast service, as, fast food should be. Fries and chicken, hot and delicious. Staff friendly and pleasant. Makes for a great meal!
I would recommend to go to a different KFC. This one always screws up orders and have to wait a long time to get anything even if it’s not busy. I have had issues every-time I have been there. Don’t waste time and money here.
