The drive thru was poorly run, the employee did not speak English well and was confrontational when asked about menu items. I ended up driving away without completing my order
Seriously I suggest they close this s*** and stop ruining the kfc reputation. They give you the coldest and most disgusting chicken out of every kfc i’ve been to. The staff always gives attitude and ignore the customers. Also makes me sick ? when they put their music out loud like it’s a restaurant not a n club. Workers Should get a better training before they start serving. Not coming to this kfc again
Got a nice piece of hair in my food, no one will contact me back. This isn’t my first issue with this location either.
Do not order through skip the dishes, they are consistently screwing up. It doesn't matter what we order or when we order they always forget half our order and they just do not care. The worst customer service I've ever encountered.
Had a 3pc tender combo. Asked for milk....they didn't have it. Fries were old and soggy. Tenders were pretty bad too. Not crisp...seemed to have been sitting a while. Overall very poor quality.
The staff are always so friendly and sweet. Orders are made quick and delicious, if you like KFC then this is the best option of the locations in my opinion
Literally everytime i went there they dont have what i want, one worker thats there is extremely rude, like next level, to a point where he just ignores that ure standing there in line to order for a gooood minute.
The food was hot and good ..... And man.... The staf was so supportive and generous. I love this place.
It says fast food but took nearly 20 mins for my plant-based chicken to be made. I'm not sure if I'm confused about what fast means, but I do not believe 20 mins is considered fast. They need new management my soda was extremely flat and I special ordered a sandwich but they didn't label it so it's just chaos. Extremely disappointed!
Drove up to the drive thru at 5 to 11 (Opens at 11), sat there until 5 after (No response). I drove up to the window and the staff were atanding around talking. When they seen me a guy opened the window and said they couldnt take my order because the system was down. I said thats fine and i waited. He then came back immediately after seeing that i wasnt moving and asked me what my order was. I ordered with a coupon and was told tney werent accepted and i had to order online and come back. I mentioned that since i was here at the place and it didnt mention anything about ordering online on the coupon if he could just ring it in it would be greatly appreciated. He snubbed me and replied sarcastically and closed the drive thru window on me. I left and went to the KFC on St Peters road who took the coupon, gave me my meal and it was delicious.
