I will never order from them for long time I waited over an hour and my pizza was not even hot I use to always get pizza from Jack but not know more I wouldn't even give it one star but have to

Jack's really does have the best donairs in town. (well that I have found) Been going to jack's for a while now for donairs, they are always consistant and filling, the meat is spiced just right, and enough toppings and sauce. Always good and hot, wrapped lots of tinfoil to prevent a mess in your car. When I get a donair from somewhere, and I'm good and hungry I usually order the largest one I see, and I eat what I can and the dog gets a taste. I must usually just get the large from jack's cause last night I messed up and got the super. It was delicious. It is worth while ordering this if your trying to feed a small family or just want a laugh at the sheer size of the thing.I was starved and I couldn't even get through half. I don't know what this thing weighed but I wish I would have had a scale. It was great for the money, I definitely recommending sharing for the super donair.I gladly give 5 stars for the donairs, the rest of the menu I would give 5 stars for pricing but you get what you pay for. If your on a budget I would say most bang for your buck in pizza around town.

Pretty good pizza, the one sour note is that they offer a two 12", 3 toppings pizza deal for 19.99, but won't allow you to make one of those a garlic fingers. This makes no sense, because a 12" garlic fingers on their menu is cheaper than a 2 topping 12" pizza.? Not a whole lot of logic there, lol. It's a pity, because Greco will do that for you no problem. I guess I'll not be back any time soon.

Not saying the food isn’t good. Because I do like the food, I actually really like the food… BUT Fourth time ordered a poutine for delivery. It’s my lunch. Wrote need a fork/utensils. Never got them. Only got offered 20% discount on my next order. Yeah. Ok. That makes up for the $10 plus delivery of $5 I had to throw into the garbage because I don’t have the utensils to eat it… and I can pull up the email that clearly shows the words “need a fork”. I mean I can understand being busy and all, lunch time. But if a poutine is ordered should automatically have fork to go along with it… first couple of times I let it slide, still threw out my lunch. But fourth time…c’mon

The 18 inch 2 topping pizza deal from Sunday to Thursday is fantastic! The food is great proportion for price and wonderful quality. Only thing that could be improved would be a way to pay online instead of having to bring my card in. Not a big thing I know, but it is a convenience I have grown used to with the pandemic.

So far my favorite Donaires in town, and love their $10.99 XL 2 topping pizza deal.

Terrible service ordered for takeout and never got it yet lol when I called they couldn’t speak English and was screaming at me on the phone will never order again !

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.-Not the best English went I called to make an order, over charged by 12$, and the pizza was cold when it arrived. I was offered a 10% discount on my next purchase for the troubles. Too many other pizza joints in PEI to bother wasting money at this place.

I had a donair sub .It was delicious and looked like a lot of great deals.wasnt busy. Place was clean and cleaned counter in between customers.

15-20 years ago, Jack's was a truly great place to get pizza in town. They had good staff, great pizza and people who you could actually converse with over the phone and in person. It's gone 100% down the tubes, and there's nothing left. The last several orders have been wrong, and made even more difficult because the people there don't listen or understand anything you're saying. I used to buy slices regularly years ago and thought how great it would be to get a slice of plain cheese today. Nope. The lady behind the counter was super rude, no greeting, no friendliness of any kind. I asked for a slice of plain cheese, "no, we don't have that". I said really? I don't want any with meat, could you make one? "No". Ok great, thanks so much. So I left without being able to grab a slice. I can't understand why on earth you would NOT have a veggie or plain cheese option for slices at lunch time. That makes no sense because lots of people don't want pizza with meat. If the owner sees this, you really have let the establishment go down the drain. All the staff are not friendly, have no interest in being friendly and constantly make wrong orders. Jack's used to be a super busy spot, every time I went it there were always lots of people. It's a ghost town now, I wonder why............. Won't be back. It's the end of an era for Jack's Pizza. You should rename it to Jackass Pizza.
