Always very accommodating wait staff. Our appetizer came out quickly and the meals were delicious.Always recommend the Spinach & Artichoke Dip, Cactus Cut Potatoes & Thai Bites, they're delicious!
Pre-show dinner at Boston Pizza worked great. Arrived at 5pm with no reservation and were seated quickly in a booth. The servers were friendly and prompt. Drinks came to enjoy prior to our 4 meals. 2 of the meals were delicious chicken parm with a wide variety of sides to add to it.No room for desserts. Ample time to get downtown Charlottetown to catch our show.
My pal and I went to grab a bite here after a long day of disc golf and beaching. We were joking around and being goofs sitting alone on the patio. When our server came out he absolutely matched our vibe. Not only was our food and drink delivered in a timely manner but he was cracking some of the best jokes I’ve heard this side of Montreal. He didn’t overstep at any time and made our experience 10 times better. So if you go to Boston pizza, ask for Mackenzie, he’s a real one. #noradlerleftbehind
Food was much better than last dine in pre-covid. Could tell they were understaffed but our waiter made sure we had all we needed as fast as he could. Still too expensive for what it is though, would love to go more often but I just can't afford it when it comes to over $100 for a table of 3.
Clean place. Food good, but a little overpriced like in every Boston pizza. Service was good and fast.
A terrible, irresponsible restaurant with clueless staff members that don’t know how to communicate with customers appropriately. I’ve had to send back my food and drink twice because they sent it out incorrectly. The overall quality of this establishment is 2/5, in my opinion, and I'm being generous with that rating. The only staff member that was kind, patient, and communicative was Eric--and I thank you, Eric, for serving me well.
Normally I would say their Chicken club is the best in town but we had take out a couple of nights ago and contrary to the menu description it came on a bun not a baguette. It was just slapped together, a real disappointment.
Our server Andrew was really awesome, nice and helpful! I love their vegan pizza option. It’s really good! Surprisingly good!
I haven't been here in over 10 years because the food wasn't great. Went back last night. This time the food was amazing. Best I've had anywhere in a long time. The waitress on the other hand, she had no interest in being there last night. She kept avoiding us, taking one persons order, then walking away, coming back 10 minutes later. No Please or thanks yous at all until the end when she figured out we were not impressed with her and was just trying to save face. I figured it may have been an off night until my son in law said she was their waitress the last time they were there and she was just as horrible.
Was extremely disappointed with all the food. Their chips were half raw, the chicken in the burger had no taste, and the ribs were quite frankly disgusting. It definitely seems like a lot of the food is frozen and reheated. Wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone.On the positive side the waiter was very nice and understanding about our complaint.
