the best chicken ever in toronto
This is by far the best Portuguese chicken place in Toronto, and I have been to many. I drive from Pickering just to get it. Not only do they have chicken, but they also have calamari and other food as well. Everything they sell is delicious.
First time trying this locations food. Have to say they have the best grilled chicken and roast potatoes I've ever tried. Would buy again for sure.
I love Portuguese Food so much and St. Matthew's Restaurant is just the best in Town, their food is aways fresh, delicious and the crew is very friendly.

Great authentic Portuguese food. We ordered dinner for 4 and fed 6 comfortably and still had left overs. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Everyone agreed that we will be back.
Chicken cooked to perfection. Rice and potatoes were also better than I was expecting. Friendly lady at the front desk was very kind and fast service. I'm glad I stopped by.
Strongly recommend St.Matthew's BBQ chicken not only for their grilled chicken but for the other item choices on the menu. I especially loved the marinated spicy green olives.
