I tried this place for the first time today because of the good reviews. I ordered beef and lamb biryani and they did not disappoint. The portions were generous, it was a huge serving for each order, my husband was happy about that, unlike other indian restaurants. The food was delicious, the spices were perfect and not too strong. I think, i just found one of the best biryani place in the city and we will definitely come back! You just gained another regular customer:)
Tried this for the first time tonight, was a bit concerned about the stor front as it looked like the back door to the kitchen - I still went ahead nontheless - got a butterchicken combo, it came with a samosa. I don't know if the samosa was complimentary or part of the combo but everything tasted amazing!!! I will be treating myself again when I'm in a mood! :) Thanks kitchen staff!
This is a hidden gem, I wish this place was more known! Their food is fresh, delicious and authentic Indian food ??
I’m quite surprised to see all these good reviews. Honestly, I checked these reviews before I placed my order for the first time here. I was only able to drink the coke from my order tonight. I hope they're really good as people are saying here, but I'm truly disappointed.
I wish I can add more stars honestly the I have to say one of the best briyani ever in canada, 2can have large quality and good taste
I ordered- paneer tadka and daal tadka combo.I asked for roti but they gave me raw naan which is very thick and 75% raw. It was my first order from this restaurent and it will be my last order also.Because who wants to waste money for raw flour.And paneer tadka was also not good.Totally disappointed, these chef will lose this restaurent customer with this kind of food.
So... can I tell you... that this take out is a hidden gem! I was craving Indian food found it online, saw the great reviews and so decided to give it a try.. so glad I did.... so delicious, so satisfying. Great prices, huge portions and friendly staff. ??

OMG the reviews ain't lying. Their biryani is out of this world! Super good, great portions and exceed your expectations. Don't be fooled by their store appearance. I had a hard time finding the place at first. If you come from Eglinton side, it's inside the Variety Store next to Pizza Hut. There's no signage so it's a bit hard to find. But, if you go around the back near the parking lot they'll have this small signage "Spice Dabba". Their vegetarian samosa also worth to try. It's crispy on the outside but warm and soft in the inside, just like...WE ALL. ha.
