got a wrap from there today and its was amazing. the customer service was very good as well. highly recommend trying
Ashraf is an amazing manager who will go out of their way in order to take care of the customer.Their food is delicious and very flavourful. I highly recommend this location.
Employees are very disrespectful and food was honestly dry. I asked the young man on cash for no red spicy sauce, he said okay. The guy making the food asked me again "one no spicy right?", I said "yes that's right". He proceeds to put the red sauce on both then gets angry. And makes a new one throwing things all over. I understand jobs are hard, but no need to be disrespectful.
Wonderful atmosphere. Super inviting, family vibe but best of all rekindled my love for chicken shawarma. Deeeeelicious.

We usually love ordering from Osmow's and have done so in other locations but the food from this location was disappointing. The serving was very small, almost no meat for the Beef on the Rocks I ordered. The taste was noticeably different too - grainy, like the meat was a day old, the sauce was a tad sour than the usual.Haven't had Osmow's since ordering from this place to be honest (and this was early summer, and we have takeout food almost every week), it's impacted our perception with the food chain overall.**UPDATE**Owner responded to this review soon after I posted. I sent him an email, radio silence for more than a month.I don't understand why there was a need to ask me to send you an email but sure, gave you a chance. Only to realize later that maybe, this was just a front to "show" that you try to reach out to your unsatisfied customers. Let it be known to whoever comes across this review -- NO RESPONSE RECEIVED AFTER SENDING AN EMAIL AS SOLICITED BY OWNER.
I have been there 2-3 times for a week. They are friendly, great service and care about your order. The restaurant is always clean and neat and the food is super yummy. Highly recommended this location :)

The best shawarma ever, I like everything in this location, anytime is clean and the team very friendly. I tried everything in there it taste amazing. When I’m not that hungry, I want to eat any thing even small that’s because I eat in there like 5 times a week.
