Unbelievably unprofessional. I opened the food like this. The portion is so small i can see the bottom of the container. Ordered through ubereats. Seems like im not the only one who got this kind of experience. Chefs must have been hungry to take a bite out of it before serving the food. Not coming back and i warn all other people ordering from the St Clairs Osmos.
I really like this location, but today we called ahead of time and she said 10 min on the phone. Got there, and it's busy so I wait in line, since my food will be ready anyways I didn't mind waiting a little to pay. Finally get up there and the order hasn't been placed. I asked for fries (and got charged for it) in the wrap and there weren't any. Don't think I'd go back here for wraps.
Can someone explain me what kind of tabbouleh salad is this? This look like a tomato salad instead a real tabbouleh
I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!! The service we received was so amazing...Anamika, one of the staff members who was serving us was really friendly and helped me choose as it was my first time here. The food was amazing!! I would definitely go back again!

I probably visit this location maybe once a week - always walk in to order. Last time I ordered, I was in a rush and decided to place the order with Ritual (please see attached photo.) I can swear on anything AND EVERYTHING that this is literally what I received. It’s super frustrating knowing that if I had walked in and placed the order IN STORE, my lunch would have been put together nicely. I don’t think I should have to be present to get a proper meal. Anyways, Ritual basically said they couldn’t do anything but give me “bonus” points and that any further action would have to be done at the discretion of the restaurant. My assumption is that the restaurant has received the feedback and have chosen to ignore it. So here is my second attempt at getting an actual response.
I have ordered from this location 5-10 times. The good is that the food usually comes out pretty good, the salads are fresh, better than the Bloor location.The bad is that they usually take forever, even if you phone in or order online (which I always do no because they are slow) for some reason they are slower than all the other Osmow's locations. The two ladies working there are also very slow even with a long line (20mins), only one will work while the other will be in the back.
When you pay for a medium tray you should get a medium portion not a small in a larger container. It’s clear this location values their profits more than their customers. Shredded, burnt chicken sprinkled on top of a tray of rice is essentially what they’re serving up. The tray was half sauce. We are all getting squeezed right now left right and centre with the cost of living and inflation increasing every month. Food outlets that rip off customers supporting their business in hard times deserve to be the first to go out of business IMO. 100% will not use this location ever again and will be sending a complaint to Osmows HQ about this franchise.
Bits and crumbs of leftover chicken from the end of pan was tossed over my rice to sum up there profit. Which tasted burnt, chewy and nasty?. Rice was loaded with salt like they ran out of seasonings?. Unequalant portionsLunch, time and hard earned money killer place... DISSAPOIMTED FROM OSMOWS
The place is clean and the service is friendly. I’ve tried Osmow’s twice for good measure at two different locations and in my opinion if you want an authentic shawarma platter this isn’t the franchise. It’s missing lots of staple ingredients and very bland in taste, they make up for its shortcomings in a bath of sauce. I must say the marketing is on another level, very catchy.
