SLOW service - people were waiting through their breaks to get food. Appears popular as it was busy! Staff appeared down-trodden / very tired.I had the fried chicken - 1st piece of chicken was cold, the rest was warm as I had gravy over my food, pea's & rice was bland (happy I had gravy as it gave it flavour), coleslaw was good (not too vinegar tasting or creamy).I will go back as there are other items on the menu I'm interested in trying.
The past 2 weeks the food has been sub-standard. It seems as if there is a new chef. Today I bought goat meat. More than half of it was fat. Looks and taste more like mutton (sheep). Last week the goat meat had a lot of soft cooked carrots....that was new.Very disappointed.
Great food, authentic, affordable, worth the wait, great service. Keep up the years of great food!
Here’s a ? percent honest review.Food is good for the price, quality is better than anywhere else for the price.The ladies at the front are actually nice and serve food fairly.I would recommend this restaurant, based on zero bad experience when I visited.Usually there’s a line but it’s worth the wait.
King's Delight specializes in jerk, fried and bbq chicken...very frikkin yummy. I normally just order chicken and pair with something from home or elsewhere. I have tried their curry goat 2x and it was not the greatest. Also I find that when I do order chicken and rice most times the rice is not on point, too mushy or hard. They are extremely busy from open to close and jerk chicken does not last long as it's one of their best sellers. Customer service is good too.
Hi my family an friends order from here for years, there food is really good I like there large fish n rice n peas an curry chicken is good there goat is good there chicken soup is delicious there fried chicken is nice an oxtail good and there stew chicken is also nice that’s all I’ve tried an stuck with many delicious variety box of food is $5 no tax flat rate it’s always busy n that speaks for its self! Customer service they staff is excellent nice vibes here feel welcomed! I also tip staff

Food is amazing but service very slow. Need better system. Here's a system that might work better.Since they have 2 front staff, I suggest:1. Employeee A manage:- taking order- collecting payment- bag food- when employee A has capacity, assists in the kitchen.2. Employee B:- take directions from employee A- only prepare the orders3. Move all the food to the kitchen. There is no need to display your food. It tastes so good that it can speak for itself. This reduces the walking back and forth, will increase your operational efficiency by 35% and not tire out your employees.4. Take phone orders so customers can order ahead.
