Very friendly staff and pretty fast service just find the quality of food sometimes is a hit or a miss or sandwichs are super smooshed the Bug Crunch looked like the Flat Crunch lol. But besides that this location is fine
I used to give 5 stars but I no longer can after over several orders of family bucket meals I distinctly realize the chicken is cut in halve ☝️ always and it’s seriously ? wrong I love kfc and this location was indeed good. But not anymore. Shame really nice customer service but I wonder why this is who’s directing save costs ??♀️ I have ordered chicken from other chicken places and never seen this ?☝️
If you are White and want half decent service, go elsewhere. I watched as the cashier attentively took other (black) customer's orders politely. When it was my turn, I was told to "hol up" and turned her back to me. She then asked what I wanted. When I answered her, she said "hole up" and again turned her back to me. When my order was finally taken, half of my food wasn't available. After the fourth "hol up", I left.
Service is horrible!! Rude staff who tell you to hold on while they turn their backs to you. Only to tell you they are out of most of the menu options. Terrible avoid!!!

I just moved around the neighbourhood and I’ve been going to KFC about 4 to 5 times in the past couple weeks and I was very disappointed in my food the people that work there are very nice people but the food it doesn’t taste fresh at all . The only thing good at the KFC store is the people and the pop. Maybe somebody should put a Popeyes there they’re always fresh they’re always good .
Not sure if it was because I had a coupon but the chicken I received was smaller than my palm; it's like I received the bottom of the barrel.The only thing saving this from being a 1-star were the people working there - they were awesome: polite, friendly & funny!
Wow, what a location if unhappiness!!! The staff was not happy and they argued with the costumers to follow the COVID protocol.
I do not like that they changed to Uber delivery It means you can not just call KFC to order. I actually have no idea how to order now what phobe number if any. They gace lost customers cause older dont kmow uber. We are used to pick up phone and get service if not n9w wont use KFC again. Cant.
