Food was good but if you value an experience with good service, do not go here! Our waiter did not serve us for 45 min after seating. Every time we ordered something extra, she’d roll her eyes. At the time of paying, the kitchen lost our order and we had to re-recite everything. Highly would not recommend on the service side. Just take the food to go!
Food is amazing, has been for DECADES. Sadly, service was very slow, management had floor servers taking on takeout orders rather than handling proper table service.4 stars is based on the amazing food alone as a result.
It's little tricky to get there now using TTC because of the construction. However the food compensated the hassle. Had the lentil soup and babaganoush as starters, both single serving with complementary pita breads and pickled cucumber, beetroot, olive, and pepper. For meal we ordered individual kabab and skewer dishes and simply shared one Kebab and skewer to taste each item. The place is big and choices of beverages were good. With a great service and tasty food within a range, it was a nice experience.
We have been going to the Jerusalem restaurant on Eglinton Ave for over 25 years. First we took our children and now we go with our grandchildren. This is one of our favorite restaurants because the food is excellent, fresh, tasty and plentiful. The service is great always courteous and helpful, never pushy. A great restaurant to go to for a healthy, tasty meal that won't cost the earth.
Forgot how great the food is there. Best rice I ever had! And the roasted chicken is to die for.
Located in the heart of construction-ville (seriously Toronto... how long till Eglington /Allen construction zone is done?!?)... this gem of a restaurant has continued to provide quality food with fantastic service! I haven't been here for at least 5 years, but the experience (even during Covid) was fantastic last night!We ordered the Combo Dinner for 2 and with that we chose 2 of the Chicken and one Kafta kebab skewers. Alongside this, came an assortment of amazing dishes, that we needed to pull up a second table just to hold them all. This option would easily accommodate 3 people, or as in the case of last night, two ppl, with plenty of leftovers for next few days!The food itself is well prepared, flavourful and downright delicious!Jerusalem is a fantastic dinner choice, any night of the week!

Honestly the food taste great but the quantity is low.I don’t suggest to give this restaurant a visit since the lady/waitress/or maybe she is the owner is very rude and tough she doesn’t respect you as a customer.
Ordered the falafel sandwich which was amazing and pretty big. Of course I had to order the in house made baklava which was tasty ? Make sure to have cash or credit as they do not accept debit!
