I really appreciate the staff and service at Dismount! I came in late for some urgent repairs to my kid's bike after a crash at bike camp, the team turned it around in time for bike camp the next day. THANK YOU!!! For the experienced cyclist (and gravel aficionados) they also have the best selection of bikepacking bags I have ever seen. Awesome personalized service from the team! Pricing was very competitive and package shipped out the same day. The team was kind enough to give me a call to ask about the colour variation on the packaging of one of the items. I even got a personalized card ! These guys rock! Super awesome customer service and great product selection. I'm based in Texas but was able to easily schedule a Zoom video call to discuss some products I was looking at and get advice on my bike. Wish I lived close enough to stop by the shop in person.

Just purchased my first adult bike from Patrick at Dismount. He was knowledgeable, patient and extremely helpful. I felt like he really listened to my needs for the bike and offered great recommendations for accessories as well. The whole crew at the shop was friendly while I waited to pickup my bike. This is my first time purchasing from Dismount Bike Shop as I was looking for a Canadian distributor for Revelate Designs. I found their prices to be reasonable and they were very responsive - I received my order within a week. My sense is that people there really like what they are doing and care about their customers. In the package, I even received a personalized handwritten card thanking me for my purchase and wishing me well. Wow!
I have been going to Dismount since July 2021 for service on my Cube e-bike. Pat, Louis and the rest of the team have always been respectful and professional and are very knowledgeable in regards to advising what repair work needs to be done and the length of time to do it. They also provide feedback over the phone when the repair is finished and let you know of the work that has been done. Overall, a great shop that goes above and beyond which is why I use them exclusively for all my needs. Thanks for everything!
