Bakery is good pastries are amazing however some not all of the employees could use a little bit of training in respect to customer service

I think this bakery is very good. I have been buying different types of bread for a long time and it is very tasty, in addition to its variety and good service. Totally recommended.
This establishment did not provide me with a positive experience. It was my first visit, and I was fascinated with the pastries. I took my time looking at them since I wanted to be sure I knew what I wanted before going to the cashier to place my order. No one approached me or inquired if I needed anything. When I determined what I wanted, a queue formed in front of me, with two people in front and behind me. The cashier then proceeds to service the two people in front of me. When it was time for me to place my order, she turned her focus to the people in the rear of the room near the pastry display. And retrieved their pastry order before me and cashed them out. I opted to leave without ordering anything. I figured it was because of my race. Not a pleasant experience; the cafe appeared to be a nice quaint shop, but I would rather spend my money somewhere with better service. 01/01/22
I would have taken a picture but those delicious custard tarts are not lasting in my house. Flaky pastry with a creamy center. Try the chocolate custard tarts....yum!
Any occasion I have I always order my cakes with caldense they always do such a great job and I absolutely love there vanilla strawberry shortcake . Monica Amorim always helps me out with all my orders Thank you so much !
Picked up lunch today. Black Forest Ham, havarti cheese, all fine quality and super fresh buns. Also Pastels de Nata tarts first rate. Will definitely be back. The entire selection of baked goods looked very good.
