I only wish I lived a bit closer so I could walk here every day! So happy I found this coffee shop after moving into the area, everything is delicious and I love that it is situated in a community.
This is thee hot girl spot! My go-to is the vegan energy bar and it hits like wii boxing. Whoever named it was on to something because it’s vegan, gives me energy and it’s in a bar form. I was putting on muscle during my desk job!I want to shout-out the dopest ever, Rika!Rika gave me the best iced tea with customer service to match(a). Hearts for Rika ❤️❤️❤️

The breakfast sandwiches are so good, the chai latte was amazing, but most importantly Eric, the barista, was the BEST! It was a Saturday and extremely busy, and he was the only one working unfortunately, but I did not mind the wait because Eric was so pleasant and everything that came out was perfection. I do wish he had some help for the busy weekend, but I just wanted to make sure the owner sees that this guy is AWESOME!

I reached out via social media to inquire why the cafe was closed for 4 days straight. The owner must be experiencing some difficulties. I've never been treated with such disrespect. I'm sorry you decided to close your coffee shop Monday to Friday. Happy to hear you decided that you will open on Saturday. It is not my business which will lose 1 week of profits. It is not my business which will lose clients and it is not me who is having a bad week and decided to lash out at someone who was just curious as to why nothing was said about the closure on Instagram. I guess they thought the neighborhood would be aware they would close for a week with the coloured chalk writing on the door. Whoever owns this brand should take notice of how is is being managed. I'll just go to another coffee shop and never look back. Potentially unstable employees becoming aggressive towards clients on Instagram isn't a good look. Have a cup of coffee and take a nap if that's required.
Great coffee, friendly service, reasonable prices & amazing breakfast sandwich! One of the best breakfast sandwiches in the city. Just had the bacon one and I'm already craving it! I can't wait to try the other sandwiches. Will definitely be frequenting Black Cat. ?
