I don't even want to give this place one star... We order from this place at least once a month.. We loved the generous cheese and toppings, and the service was very nice.. This last order was for my Dad's birthday and what we got was an under cooked crust with very minimal toppings.. It wasn't even decent enough to eat. We reached out to the business and were told that they wouldn't do anything about it. The frustration in this situation is we have noticed a decline in the quality and service of not only Woodstock pizza, but several other businesses in Woodstock. It's a shame that we can't rely on our town's business community to be accountable for bad service. We will never order from this place again!
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I'm very disappointed. I always order my lunch from here cause it's fast and easy. Today I went to borrow a fork from them and that's when the lady that works there gets VERY RUDE and starts yelling at me! Will never give them my business again! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR FOOD ISNT EVEN THAT GREAT TO BEGIN WITH. don't waste your time or money! She made me cry she was so harsh.
Worst pizza I have ever had.Ordered an Xtra large. The crust looked over cooked and the middle looked soggy. Picked up a slice and everything just slid off. The cheese was solid and the whole thing just had a weird smell. Not sure what the crust was either... Didn't taste good and was just weird.
Great pizza but they burn it. I requested it not to be burnt and when picking it up found it still burnt. I talked to the owner/manager he got mad and said I need to request it be 3/4 cooked. He continued to yell at me saying it wasn't burnt. It was embarrassing and very frustrating. I am very disappointed at the way I was treated.
Best pizza you will get anywhere near Woodstock , it's s must try and it is a very hearty pizza they don't skimp out on anything , and the owners are friendly and great people .. you will love the pizza here totally different then any pizza around
I ordered a large panzerotti with pepperoni, green olives and mushrooms, no sauce. I finally sit down to eat it, usually I love this place, but there is ham in it as well. I could totally understand if there was 1 or 2 pieces but it was mixed in with everything else and I’m not a fan of ham nor did I order it. I called the store explaining the situation and saying I totally understand if there was a couple but it’s mixed into everything and I cannot eat it. The manager was extremely rude telling me that ham and pepperoni are the same thing I don’t understand why you can’t just eat it. Needless to say I do love their food, but the way I was treated tonight was not okay. Not good customer service at all.
Always been a great go to place for a late night pizza and snacks never been let down will continue to support!
Used to be my favorite place but this past year the Quality of food has gone down extremely. I don't get why places like this choose to cheap out on Quality instead of maybe raising their prices a little bit to make up for rising costs of ingredients. This last order I made will be the last order I ever make from them. Very disappointed in their decision. And I literally threw out $50.00 worth of food because it was absolutely nasty! I wouldn't even feed it to my dog!!!!!
Best pizza in town, they use real bacon on their pre made deluxe slices and you never feel like they skipped out on the cheese. Been going here 5 years + and never got a bad slice.
Best Pizza in Woodstock! We eat here regularly and its always pretty good. Pizza is sometimes a little floppy and hard to eat, but it always tastes good enough for me!
