I really wanted to try the Pretzel burger. Big disappointment. It was not fresh. I think it had been sitting under the warm light too long. The bun was almost cold as was the meat. The onion rings were soggy. I would rather wait 20 minutes and get something edible.?
This location is really trying hard to get the product out quickly while maintaining high quality. I would say there doing a fantastic job. I went to the New Dundas location in Woodstock it was convenient & I was pleasantly surprised. I used a coupon I got in the mail. I got a great quality meal & courteous fast service. That's a triple threat. Great work Wendy's.
DO NOT SUGGEST WORSE SERVICE EVER IVE LIVED IN OVER 40 CITY'S TRAVELED EVERYWHERE. GAVE THEM 60$ FOR A 30$ MEAL ASKED FOR AT LEAST 15$ BACK AND GOT 10$ FOOD IS UNDER COOKED AND SERVICE

Excellent staffing!! Even when noticeably short handed the staff was friendly, respectful and very polite. Hard to find now in our fast paced world!! Good job! Food was fresh and correct even though we're all picky eaters to top it off!
