Food was quick, and hot, fries were so-so, bit on the not too hot side.
Here I’m going to share my experience today around 10:25 in wendy’s . We were 3 friends came in before they close their menu fr breakfast . The person in front of us was ordering stuff , we were in line tho waiting for our turn , we told to customer service guy for breakfast and he said sry , we even told him like we were inside in line tho , but he refused to serve us a breakfast at10:31 because they stop serving by 10:30 but we were in line by 10:25 . We were not there for arguments so we came out . This is my request to this location manager or whoever is operating this store to make sure for the policies and procedure , if they cant handle much customer they should hire more people either should serve the stuff for the breakfast even if the close but the customer in line to order the stuff , Thanku
Always good service and food. Felt really rushed at the drive thru today, even though there was no one behind us.
The tables needed to be wiped down, no napkins at the drink counter etc.... order was correct and do like the machine with the variety of flavors, friendly staff.
Service was slow. No dedicated person working on cash. There seemed to be too many cooks in the kitchen. Lots of confusion over orders. Pretty much every order was missing something and people were coming back asking for missing items.
In the past 5 years of stopping by here for a quick lunch after antiquing in the area, my parents and I are always satisfied with the friendly service and fresh ingredients in the food, great work and thank you Wendy's team!
