Absolutely ridiculous! As a Truck driver I went on foot, and the front was closed due to shortage of staff, then I standed in line at the drive thru freezing and getting snowed on for 10min just so they can tell me "For our safety you have to order on mobile app". WHAT SAFETY? I'm was just trying to get a coffee, wether im in a car or not, it should not matter. I wasted 15min to get no where. This is getting ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable.
Worst tim Horton service wise. Food is never upto the standard and staff has serious customer service problem. Drive out of my way now to go to another location to avoid this spot.
I am a regular customer of Time Hortons and spends a lot of money over coffee.This location on Oxford Road has the worst supervisor for the night closing shift.She will closed the doors 30 mins before the closing time and may serve from the window only.Today, as per website timings, it closes at 11:30pm,I went to the doors and it was closed.I went to the window at 10:50, She said we are closed.How is that the standards of Tim Hortons allow this to happen and return customers and refused.Just because she had no coverage to do the closing.I will be writing detailed letter to Corporate Tim Hortons and letting them know what is happening in this location and a bad name to Tim Hortons when it comes to Hospitality and service.

A few workers are rude, pushy, and overall act like they have better things to be doing. Always a negative experience when you go in, I find drive thru staff are generally nicer to customers.
This is the third time I've been through the drive through and my order was completely wrong! When they take an order it needs to be accurate. I ordered a Simply Sausage combo and some drinks. I got just the sandwich ( which turned out to be wrong as well). Total failure. Very disappointing.
Experienced bad customer service from an employee who had a very negative attitude. Coffee tasted terrible.
