Always,Always a crazy line up. Very slow service. I would assume is the new manager is so rude. If you ask a question your getting attitude back. You being back an order because it’s wrong she’s rude about it. She doesn’t stand up for her employees. She’s always talking down on them eveytime I go in there and she’s working. This is by far the worse tim Hortons that I have been too. I lived in Toronto and the line ups at timmies there were crazy but was way way faster then this location. How can you justify waiting 25 minutes for a medium coffee with two cream one sugar and there is only two people ahead of me? Timmies get rid of your new manager and place someone who treats their employees better and who has better customer service skills. Your location will loose money really fast if you continue to employ her with her attitude and poor customer service. How about a smile every once in a while as well. I will rather drive to the Dundas location then come here if I don’t have to and I only live two minutes from this location. Everyone do yourself a favour and don’t go to this location. Worse location by far and you will leave in a terrible mood because of what u witness with the manager and they way she treats her employees and customers. Plus way way way tooo slow!!!!
Worse service ever. The staff are rude. They don’t listen to your orders and they correct you as too how you should order for the next time. The reason was cold and the frozen strawberry lemonade tasted awful. I would not recommend going there.
I watched a supervisor belittle her staff in front of a full restraunt for making a mistake when she keyed in a sandwich and slam the sandwich orders on the counter. She should be fired for such ignorant behavior this is not the first time I've witnessed this at this store and they wonder why they are always short staffed.
every time i go to this tim hortants they get my order completely wrong. i’m not sure why your employees have a very hard time getting orders right! should re train them.
Drive thru was moving quickly Friday morning Canada day ?? polite friendly staff. Happy Canada day and thank you for the good service
Incredibly slow service everytime. Once in a while is normal but this particular Timmies is one of the worst. Don't go here unless you want to wait 15-30 minutes.
Always a massive line. Order gets messed up pretty regularly. One of the times I brought back my order what I would assume to be the owner told me to “double check” my order before leaving every time. Imagine saying that to customers instead of addressing the problem
Absolutely the slowest service I have ever seen.You could staff the store with mannequins and get quicker service.Either head office isn’t giving them the go ahead to hire, or they are full of incompetent workers with absolutely no work ethic.
I don't usually bother reviewing chains, they are what they are, but this location really does have great customer service. All the staff I've had have been great, but we had an especially great team last night will a big order and their credit machine down. We make a point of driving to this one whenever we can.
It was good. Much better than it used to be now that they use a real egg instead of that scrambled stuff they use to do. The plain donuts are always spot on. Love them.
