Great coffee, good food and friendly service, Lots of space and clean toilets
don’t know how you can call it a tim hortons when you dont have ice coffee, iced caps, or fruit quenchers. i literally just wanted a cold drink and said they didn’t have anything

Would give 0 if I could. Repeatedly mess up my order do not double cup or put a sleeve on teas, overfill cups so they spill everywhere. It's ridiculous
The whole point of mobile ordering is so that I don't have to wait in line.. I ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich and had to wait in line behind 2 people because they hadn't made my coffee yet.. I don't pay early to show up and have to wait for my order. Annoying, when it's first thing in the morning before work.
Went to this location last night, before going to the location, I called to ask when they are opening till. The manager kindly told me 11pm, but when I arrive there 9:24pm I see 4 employees, all leaning not one wanted to talk my order, the boy in the Window is leaning there on his phone. Hope the owner(s) see this so they know where their money is going ??. And to top is all of when I call the location back whilst at the window, they tell me I'm not getting my order taken. Other then on the phone I had no interaction with the people working there. So glad the two good timmies got shut down for the worst one in Woodstock to be left because it had a drive thru.1st world problems lol
I called tim hortons, They said they would be open till 11 but did not inform me that the doors would be closed and we wouldn't be able to order. If you close you store at 9 maybe let people know before they walk all the way to your store to get coffee.
I'm Canadian so I love Timmy's. This Timmy's is smaller and can be tight maneuvering around not alot of parking but awesome service.
What do I need to say? Everyone loves Timmy's lol
Very slow drive through and the employees were not overly friendly. If the friendliness was there with the employees it would have been a 5 star but friendliness goes a long way.. if you're not having a great day that should not be reflected on your customers.
