Absolutely worst customer service . I stood in the line for 25 mins unfortunately forgot my wallet in the car. The lady who was taking the order asked me to stand in the lind again for 20 mins again.
The drive through is very slow compared to what we are used to at all other stores I've been to. Keep that in mind if you're in a hurry. The employees were professional and polite. The drive-thru order point is very close to the window, so they can only work on maybe two orders at a time. I think they need to move that back so they can handle more capacity.
Avoid at all costs! Since one would be going to this location im sure you just want to hit up the bathroom and grab a quick bite or drink, and go on with your road trip... I'm sure you don't want to be standing in a Tim's line for 30 minutes to an hour. The people in front of us , one of them got fed up and went to Star bucks instead ... got back in the line with their food and drink and we hadn't even moved! Then when you get to order , no apology for the insane wait or even being nice. Just Rude "what ya want" like were bothering the cashier lady.Terribly managed, since I had soo much time to watch, i watched them work and it was like looking at a business that just opened that day and had no clue what to do.AVOID!! Wait till then next Tim's on route stop! Hopefully different owners and management.
Go to the Starbucks instead.Slowest service I’ve ever seen at a Tim Hortons. Worse than the airport locations.Staff mosey around, looking like they don’t know where they are, barely accomplishing anything even though there are 30 people lined up.
Avoid this Tim's if you can. I ordered a crispy chicken and bacon wrap, box of 20 assorted timbits, and 2 medium chocolate chills. When I arrived at the window, they said they didn't have any crispy chicken, so was grilled chicken okay. I said it was. But once I started eating it, the chicken was so crumbly and dry that it got all over my car no matter how carefully I tried to eat. I opened the box of timbits to discover that they had given me about 15 coconut timbits, 4 plain, 2 chocolate, and 2 honey dip, instead of an assortment. The chocolate chills were not properly mixed but otherwise were fine. I had picked this up on my way to the airport to pickup my ldr fiance, and thank God they like coconut timbits.
Worst ever tim horton outlet hands on. Waited 30min for two ice cold cappuccinos (which I believe should have been hot). Not sure if it's a corporate run or franchise but please get it fixed. Beautiful afternoon ruined by a bad coffee !
You will have to wait for more than 30 minutes for a small cup of tea. Better go somewhere else. This Tim is shown as closed temporarily maybe because they don't want more crowd to be here because they can't offer service in timely manner.
Not welcoming... slowest people work at this location. They shows they have many other work to do... 35 min in line even 4 people left the que...no one cares about bad reviews still same service
I used to work at this location but never gave this kind of service.We waited almost like 45 mints for small order.***MOST IMPORTANTLY***Nobody was wearing hair nets, Name Tags as well as Tims Hat.I was so disappointed by seeing like this my first workplce.
Moving to Ingersoll just over a year ago, this has become a regular place I stop for a tea. After countless times waiting in the longest drive thru lines I have EVER experienced, I will go out of my way NOT to stop here anymore. I always give the benefit of the doubt, thinking occasionally the restaurant can be short staffed ect, but this has been several times....2 days ago it took over 20 min the other day for 3 cars to move through the line. Horrible location.....the last straw was leaving the line the other day when I had already ordered, as the two cars ahead of me were over 5 min each at the window. Ridiculous!!!!!
