Hands down my favorite location out of any location. The staff there are incredible and they always work hard to ensure that everybody has a good customer experience. I literally go out of my way to go to this location every day because the service is so great and consistent. Great job guys ?
It was great, the food was great, the smell was great. Some old guy gave me and my friends advice. 10/10, will go again
The woman at the drive thru speaker was very rude and disrespectful when I was ordering. She cut me off in the middle of my order to tell me passengers should not be ordering at the drive thru. My husband struggles with stuttering and couldn't get our order out so I had to. I worked at Tim Hortons for 15 years and would never have spoken to a customer the way she did. This was Vansittart Ave in Woodstock Ontario
I find the staff are usually very friendly and prompt at this location. I can see why the line is always long but the well made coffee is worth it
The employees make a difference at this tim Hortons. Good place to sit and enjoy your coffee and muffin.
I actually Ordered My First Defac Coffee Ever & I Parked to have a Drink but Unfortunately It was Gross. I called in & Jonathon was Amazing He. Brewed Me a Fresh Pot & WOW what a Difference Yes I called Him & told Him it was Bomb. Not switching to Decaf but will do It again if Needed. Thx Again Jonathan at Devonshire Woodstock Store
I come here every single day everyone is super nice, lady would not serve me because she said she’d be right with me in a minute I waited and my blue tooth to my car connected and started playing my music which had bad language as it was a rap song I quickly turned down the music then the told me to leave I went to the window and tried to explain to her what had happened she still refused to serve me I even apologized and tried to explain to her that my music blasted by accident, the rest of the staff is super nice tho but I most definitely will never return here after this if you really thought I meant to turn my music up and be disrespectful on purpose why would I plead at the window and apologize I also always come through and I am always respectful everytime I just wanted an ice coffee and she refused me service , me my self know the struggle of rude costumers as I my self work in the food industry and have worked at Tim Hortons as well , so I would never disrespect someone else who works in the food industry either if she would’ve just heard me out at the window but I guess not, that girl name kaya is super nice on days and always makes sure my ice coffee is made perfect and always smiling shout out to kaya
Ok I'm sorry but this is my very last time going to this tims , I order xl dark roast with 1milk 1 Splenda with espresso, The coffee tastes weak like its not a DR and sure doesn't taste like espresso, every time I go to this location through the drive-through but if I go in and watch them make it ,it taste perfect, so what that tells me is they are just going as fast as possible and don't make it correct!!
I'll be honest a few months ago the coffee coming out of here was less than desirable. Always so strong, or tasted like it was sitting around.These days though everything has been so much better including the amazing service. Nice to hear friendly people laughing and enjoying their work environment.The sandwiches are bomb too
