Usually great service however they don't usually have the online orders ready in time.
I went through the drive through my coffee was made wrong........... went back to the drive through and they refused to serve me there .... the shift manager I mean .. she refused to let the other workers to correct my order and said that I had to go inside to make my complaint..... I'll not return to that tim Hortons again...... it makes my blood boil with the stupidity of some people
So this is an interesting Tim Hortons... Service was friendly and fine. However the place is a complete mess! At least on our recent visit May 2022. Bathrooms have some sort of blue lights in them, so you can hardly see and they bothered my wife's eyes!? The "scuzz" on the wall below the hand dryer was amazing! It's just very very dirty, inside, behind the counter and outside!Only 2 stars (I'm usually generous with stars) only because of lack of cleanliness. I doubt we'll stop here again. There are cleaner ones to stop at in Woodstock. It makes you wonder about the food and drink quality! :v(
We always stop in here while waiting for Tesla to charge for washroom and coffee break when we travel at least 20x through the yearThis visit by far has got to be the most memorable one in service. We were lucky to have Braydon take our order. Quite a great kid you have there with one of the best customer service all 3 of us have engaged in with teens, even more rare these days and times. Friendly and full of smiles.I'm confident anyone who stops in here with this kid on shift will enjoy the rest of their dayKeep up the great vibe kid!Place is always roomy and clean, atmosphere is nice, get your orders in reasonable time, so no complaints here ☺️No photos because it's always just a quick stop..
I understand that businesses can become busy but eventually a line has to be drawn and a 20 minute wait in the drive-through has undoubtedly surpassed that line. Upon arrival at the window you'd expect a "Hello, sorry we're busy it will be a xx minute wait". Rather than that courtesy, I stared at the window for 5minutes before it finally opened, this was after the long wait. Hopefully the manager can review the video and figure out what had occurred to make service more courteous and business more efficient, because this Tim's location has always been quick and courteous in the past...
service mostly good. but today (24 april) i wanna appreciate one guy don't know his name who worked in that location he helped me to find my lost airpod when restaurant was closed. He was really helpful he specially looked in Garbages to find airpod. i thankfull to him to make me happy?. Nice and caring staff.
Suppose to drive through not sit and idle for 20 mins to order a coffee get with it and having to repeat yourself 5 times is brutal
I took a French vanilla at this place and felt like I’m having hot water more than milk, told the guy who made it and got a reply that it’s machine made and he can’t do anything with that, I requested that can my drink be replaced and he said it’s gonna be same. Very bad service
Way too busy. You need to figure out how to serve people faster. And if not opened yet . Open all the tills inside instead of just one. Plus open the drivethu side exit door. Very annoying having 1 door in and out during all of covid. Plus just annoying to walk all around
Best “break it to me gently” situation ever! Great young man thought we asked for chocolate chip cookies, he was very apologetic and smooth.. after he finished we said that was lovely but we wanted a chocolate dipped donut. Great fun!!
