So I went there at 5:45pm on may 18,2022 to buy a 6inch sub. When the girl got the bun I noticed it was small. Smaller then what a 6 inch should be. So I asked her if she could grab a different bun. She said why this is a six inch. I said awe no that’s not. So whatever. She made the sub. The meat hung out on both ends. I get to pay and I said so do I get some kind of discount for it not being an actual 6 inch sub. She gave me the dirtiest look ever and just ignore me. So I got home and decided to measure it myself because hey I believe that if you pay for something that’s suppose to be a certain size then you get that size. So I measure it and sure enough I was right. It came to 13cm which is only 5 inches. I’ve tried calling back and they don’t answer the phone. So what I don’t get is why didn’t she just measure it her self at the store to show that it was 6 inches. Or did she do that because they have to sell it so she’s going to lie about it being a 6 inch. I don’t get why subway don’t do one of two things. Either have a bread cutter that’s set at 6 inches. Or actually bake 6 inch buns like every other sub shop does. Instead they eye it up making it so one customer is getting shorted everytime. I also didn’t like the fact that instead of this girl talking to me she gives me dirty looks everytime I asked a question. That is not good customer service

Ordered 2 oven roasted chilcken subs, service and staff were great, wait was reasonable and the food was delicious and fresh as it always is

February 17 @750pmI was told that it was an inconvenience to the staff to order my 6 subs in store rather than online ahead of time. I was told while paying for my subs today that I should have ordered them online because it would have made it easier on the staff. Keep in mind that I was the only person in the store at the time, there was 2 staff members working, I was in zero rush, and I didn’t think it was necessary to have my subs made poorly by ordering them online.The whole point of a fast food place like subway is to see your food being made and have it made your way. I think it was extremely disrespectful for them to tell me that I should have ordered my food online rather than I’m store. Shame. This establishment has just proved to me that there is zero customer respect! The owner has pushed me to no longer want to buy subs from here ever again.

Food is ok. But people working there have no knowledge of recent deals. They don't know how to punch in in computer. They have $25 gift card deal. But don't know how to give it to customer.so unsatisfied. Very few knowledge employees have.

Generally the Staff does make good Subs, but the Manager should be fired, I can't even begin to count how many times the place has none or just 2 or 3 white bread available, like seriously, I buy seven to twelve subs at a time and they don't even have enough subs to cover 12 subs, they don't even have enough to cover 3 customers ordering 2 subs each, ridiculous

The staff was friendly and helpful.

Boyfriend paid almost $12 for a sub and the bread was so hard you could knock someone out with it, the top of the bun even cracked as the sub was being assembled. Called to get it fixed but to our dismay because he paid cash and didn't have a receipt, owner Hitesh decided we weren't warranted a free sub, credit, nothing. We were given the option to drive back for a replacement but we're on the other end of town and after a 13 hour day didn't feel like driving back. NOT RECOMMENDED and we will not visit this location ever again.. this review does not even deserve the one star it was given.

Usually no problem with the staff, but they need to work on their inventory. Last 2 times I went there, they were out of meatballs. They also regularly run out of some bread choices, couldn’t order one of their new pizza subs first time I tried, out of the square buns for melts. I’m giving up switching my order due to their poor stock control. Last time I went there, I just walked out since they didn’t have what I asked for. Maybe next time I’ll try Mr Sub
