The Internet is VERY slow. This is the first place where I couldn't even watch the news or check my mail. I can't contact my family in my homeland, find out how they survived this night, because there is a war.
Fine enough for Starbucks, drinks are always made correctly but annoying to sit down and try to enjoy yourself, constantly getting bombarded with people trying too hard to talk to me, overly friendly if that even makes sense? I sat down the other day and I think it was a manager, tried striking a personal conversation about himself and the store which was a little awkward cuase i was trying to read a book and keep to myself, so i left
Love this location. Drinks and food have always been made fresh and correct. The staff is always courteous, upbeat and working hard. Sometimes they are extremely busy with longer wait times (totally worth it though) but it's to be expected with it being the only location.
I Love this Starbucks The Other day one of the barista ask me if I was having a good I told her yes and said I got a new job. She then went to get me a free cake pop and congratulate me on the new job. If I could give them more stars I would!!!
A nice looking place with lots to offer but doesnt seem to accomodate longer lines/lots of people waiting. They chose to put a display shelf almost in the middle of where the line would be. Felt a bit awkward to be standing next to tables people were dining at while I waited for my order.
I ordered a tall Creme Brulee Latte and everything was good. Fast service through drive thru, while it was busy (3:35pm).
This Starbucks keeps messing up…they don’t know how to make drinks at all. They always forget some ingredients. This is the last time I’m ordering from here because it’s not worth the money. My iced coffee is so gross, doesn’t taste like it has any of the syrups I added and there is no milk. Avoid this place please.
Had an amazing Caramel Maciado this service was excellent and taste was delicious Starbucks always makes the best specialty drinks
My family and I made a special trip from out of town to this location to get some Christmas drinks. They had advertised online and on multiple social media platforms that they would be open until 330 pm. We arrived 15 minutes before closing and they had blocked off the drive thru with pylons and had a sign infront of the door saying drive thru only. They did not answer their phone. Other customers who were in the same situation as us went up to the window and were sent away visiby upset. This is very unprofessional and disappointing. Would not reccond this location.
Do you grind each coffee bean by hand or something? Seriously, what takes so long? Are tiny little elves in the coffee pot making sure each drip is worthy?I've given this location time to adjust to new employees and a new shop, but literally I have never been to a Starbucks where there are 4+ people in line and several employees in sight with nobody taking orders. Even worse is trying to use their drive thru. I wasted 30 minutes stuck between cars and then another 10 minutes AT the window. What's up? Customer service in every other sense is fine, but at the end of the day this is a coffee shop, not fine dining and not a sit down restaurant where I wait 30 minutes for my server to bring my food to my table. This. Is. A. Coffee. Shop. Train your staff to manage the line and have orders come up a little more promptly. It wouldn't be so bad if you didn't visibly have so many employees behind the counter seemingly doing busy work. Find a better system. This town finally got a Starbucks and it's the worst Starbucks I have ever been to in the history of Starbucks.
