My order was completely wrong ! I did not get what I ordered at all ! I ordered 2 large pan pizzas and they both had the wrong toppings and were way over cooked. I tried calling them and no one would answer the phone...? I tried for over an hour. Absolutely horrible experience !
I ordered a couple different pizzas with the $5$5$5 deal last night got the pizzas home to find out one of them was under cook and the dough of the pizza was still raw in the middle. After calling and staff replacing the bad pizza, I now have food poisoning and can't keep anything down. Will not be ordering from here again
My pizza was very well made . . Ordered on Sunday at 3:05 pm. 11/06/2022. Customer service was nice and it was a happy meal. ?
Quick pizza to a famished traveler. Experienced happy staff answered any qestion. Food came quickly cooked and hot .Enjoyed my supper!!
Sent me a raw pizza cheese wasn't even melted. When I callledwastold I had to wait for a manager to callback nothing they could do till then. 4 days later I received an email saying if I send my credit card they would give me a refund. Poor service when I just wanted dinner. This isn't first time I have had problems with this location. I get mistakes are made bu not even calling me back unacceptable.
One of my favorite places just wish they would let the pizza fully cook in the oven at least 2 out of my last pizzas have been undercooked in my opinion
I had their Hawaiian pan pizza. That was the first time I actually didn't like a pizza. The worst I've had before in terms of pizza was "just okay". This one was actually bad! I couldn't even taste the pizza, just the oils in the dough from the pan. The pizza wasn't even cut well at all, requiring me to get a knife to actually cut out the slices. There's a better option across the street in Twice The Deal Pizza.
The website would not allow me to order the triple treat deal with a half and pizza so I called the store. The staff accommodated the request without any hassle. I dealt with a new trainee and she did a great job. She let me know she was new and working through the order, she was thorough and asked for help from her fellow staff throughout the call. One small mistake, I asked for boneless wings and got bone-in. Not worth complaining about for us; they still tasted great.Pizzahut is not my personal favourite when it comes to pizza, but for a family or a mixed crowd having the options and deals make it easy to get everyone something they like at a reasonable price.
Waited for over an hour and a half for our order then they sent the wrong food and then they turned their phone off. Worst service ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The customer service at this location is subpar. They always deliver food late and whenever you call they take FOREVER to answer the phone. When you speak with them they never understand what is being asked and they tend to hang up in the middle of a conversation. Terrible customer service!!!!!
