I ordered rice and beef , shawarma a couple of times as I like meditteranean food but here the quantity is too less as compared to other restaurants . They put very less meat and more rice.. rice tastes more like plain rice.. As a fan of meditteranean food I would say they need to do something about the taste and quantity
I just went here for the first time and waited 25 minutes for a chicken pita that was absolutely disgusting. I’d recommend you save your 15 bucks.
I used to have no problems with this place until the last view times I been here. One worker hardly put any rice in my rice bowl and only put a small amount of cheese in. Normally there’s a lot of rice and cheese. I paid $11 for half a bowl of food. This happened to my mom a few weeks ago and when she asked for a little more, the lady got snarky at her and refused.
Always love Pita Pit but despite very few customers took a very long time to get served and when I finally did get served got the impression that serving me was the last thing they wanted to do. Also stopped making my pita to have a conversation with her co-worker for a minute before getting back to making my food. It was later but the food wasn't to the quality I've come to expect from their brand.
Today was the First time I went to this woodstock location, Staff was not friendly at all and replied with anger as if she had some personal problem with me. I just wanted to confirm no bacon with souvlaki and the reply was CHICKEN is not made of BACON. Later the bowl when I said add all, she said NO YOU HAVE TO MENTION WHAT YOU NEED IN THE BOWL. Later I ask her if the bowls were not switched because one was a veggie bowl with different salad and a reply with anger was WHY WILL I SWITCH THE BOWLS?? I had to apologize for asking questions and that was my last visit to this location.
What is this? I just got this order delivered from skipI ordered a deli club. Which is bacon turkey and ham and I asked for grilled mushrooms And a tropical smoothie add spinach . I recieved some sort of weird breaded chicken, there's no mushrooms might I add and the smoothie would have been green if you actually added the spinach. Also what is all the highlighted things on the receipt are you highlighting items you didn't have. And then not even having common courtesy to call to ask if I could pick something different? I'm am soooo disappointed. Also I'd like to add there was a gigantic hair stuck to the side of the cup to top it all off
Food was really good but cost more than expected. Overall food was great and lady was very friendly.

Was craving a pita and almost didn't go to this location because of recent reviews, but I honestly had a great experience. Customer service was amazing and so sweet to my 2 year old daughter. The pita and smoothie were also fantastic! Satisfied my cravings for sure. Will definitely go back to this location.
I just picked up my order that I placed online. I ordered two bowls and two pitas, none of them are made the way I ordered them. There were topping that I did not ask for and stuff I wanted was missing. The food was cold and dry and customer service was terrible. I definitely do not reccomend this location to anyone who likes pita pit.
