I had a great lunch - at Swiss Chalet down the street! We were seated quickly - as the restaurant was empty (at noon on a Saturday). No further interaction with the staff for 15 minutes so we left, and went to Swiss Chalet down the street. I was very happy with the spicy chicken wings and beer that I had there. Two thumbs up - to Swiss Chalet.I had recently visited a Montana's in London and was looking forward to lunch here in Woodstock, but I get to London fairly often, so I will try Montana's there again. Not recommended at the Woodstock location..Update 17Jul22 - I answered the survey that was sent to me using the attached reference number. I will update my review with the response from Montana's.

The customer service at Montana's Woodstock is phenomenal! From the hostess to our server Tammy, and all of the other servers whose interactions we saw, everyone was pleasant, polite, and professional.I've never been to a Montana's and it had been years for my husband, but Tammy ensured any of our questions were answered and gave us plenty of time to order without feeling rushed. She made sure to never pressure us and made suggestions when we weren't quite sure about parts of our orders. She perfectly timed our burgers to go in when we were done munching on our nachos so our burgers came out at the right time.Again, fantastic customer service and the manager visited tables to ensure everything was great without making anyone feel pressured. We will definitely be back! Thank you, Tammy!

2022June25The food at Montana's Woodstock was Excellent! SO good!Had the 2pc Fish n Chips. As good as any Fish n Chip place around. It was THAT Good!We also had the buttermilk fried chicken, etc, and chicken fingers and fries, etc.All very good.Bob served us. Really nice guy, great server? Easy to talk to and down to earth. Thanks Bob!

Had an amazing experience with Julia as my server. I felt very welcomed and taken care of. She was super friendly and we even had a few good laughs. Had a 10/10 experience

It’s a family place, the plates are huge, kind staff and fair price. Pleasant experience

I went there with a friend last night for dinner and we both decided to order the pulled pork sandwich as it sounded very appetizing. After ordering, our food arrived and it didn’t look or taste what it sounded like. The pulled pork looked like canned catfood on a bun. It was dry, and hardly any barbecue sauce. Meanwhile, the bun is completely falling apart so it’s extremely hard to eat. I got a Caesar salad, and it had like no dressing on it. Very dry once again. My friend got onion rings and she said they tasted like rubber and were hard to chew. The only thing good about this meal was the drinks.

Second time we have eaten at this location in Woodstock and not impressed. First time, the food was dry….management did replace meals and gave us a coupon. We thought after a year, we would try again and this time, service was absolutely the worst we have ever had….took a long time to come to the table, brought our meals together instead of appetizer separate and wings were dry and not the same as other locations I have been too. No apologies from anyone, and definitely the last time we will eat there.

The service here is very good. Came for a work dinner tonight and we were all very happy with both the food and the service we received. I will return in the future and would recommend this place for a good meal.

Hot artichoke dip was fabulous, had the fish and fries an gravy so good. Downfall. Booths aren't made for bigger curvy people.

We are from out of town, been to a few spots in Woodstock this this was by far the best. Our server Tammy, was a 15 out of 10. Food was excellent (rib n wing & nachos). Clean bathrooms and great atmosphere. It is now on our list of hot spots . Thank you Tammy! Cheers!
