Washroom was very dirty (mens) as well the dining area and this was at 7:00 am Monday May 09/22
Order in drive through always wrong.
Manager was quite rude at window. Seemed very stressed out but doesn’t have to take it out on customers. Was very snarky and i gave her a gift card and she slammed on the table. I gave no attitude just told i wasn’t done with my order and she seemed frustrated with me. I’m not one to leave reviews but that’s one of the worsts customer service experience i’ve ever had. Always fast and reliable service but just a bad unnecessary attitude from the manager.
So happy the young man accommodated my request for special notes on my cheese burger for this “I’m sorry” bouquet! Great staff and amazing service.
I hate the mandates for in door dining so I guess I won’t be buying anymore from here
Clean. And what you expect from McDonald's. Service was friendly Food was dependable. As you expect from a major food chain.
Extremely slow service inside. Seems to be normal for McDonald's lately, though.
So I used to work at a McDonald's out of a big city to give a little more perspective on this. So normally when I come to this location my coffee ends up not being stirred right and I gotta take my coffee back 1/3 times I come here already. This time though, the employees at this location were lazy and quite rude to me, particularly the manager.I ordered an egg BLT through the drive-thru. My girlfriend was being indecisive at the drive through and the drive thru lady got impatient with my gf.Then they didn't give me the egg for my egg BLT. They adamantly told me that they couldn't do bagles after 11. The problem being that I know that toasting a bagel is really a simple matter of pressing a button on the toaster. She told me that she was out of bagels which turned out to be a lie because she admitted to having some frozen afterwards. It was like 11:03 so I have a hard time believing that they didn't have at least one bagel on hand to toast even if it was a different kind. When I pointed out to the manager that toasting the bagel was a simple matter of pressing a button on the machine she got livid with me. Given my previous experience at working at McDonald's I would say these workers are comparatively unskilled and rude compared to other locations. I recommend going to dundas street if you need McDonald's. They will make your food the same way and be less rude about it.
Not only did I wait in drive-through for 20 minutes. They still managed to screw up. 20 minutes to pour a Rootbeer. And I recieve a Coca- Cola. Learn simple orders. And please learn to stack a burger, I like my toppings on the burger not next to it.
Tonight what a joke . Went to pick up my order, and workers and supervisors having a tea party and taking up spot 3 and 4 . Making me take up two spots toget my food. #imasupervisorandidowhatiwant. ( supervisor needs to learn better McDonald's)
