Extra polite and friendly... who ever is steering the ship is doing great at keeping the staff happy. Only one negative is the place is always busy, hit and miss on getting through quickly. Lack of space for a larger drive-thru.
Haven’t had breakfast at McDonald’s in forever went and ordered the hot cakes and hash browns for me and my daughters and have to say McDonald’s makes the best hotcakes still my daughter loved every minute of it and thanks to the lady on front counter who gave my daughter the Minions book you made her day
I ordered delivery, all food taste old ,took a long time, and to top all off forgot a burger and gave us random sauce we didn’t ask for leaving us without the sauce we asked for
They usually get my order correct. I guess my issue with this location is the amount of time it takes to get through the drive thru, it always takes so long to get my order. This drive thru is the opposite of fast food.
When I went in they for some reason were "unable to sell fries" . I ordered a smoothie with no yogurt and I could literally see the yogurt on the sides of the cup... waste of time and money, so frustrated.
I ordered on the Mobile App for breakfast and curbside was not available at the time (closed before 6am) so I had to go through drive-thru. The process was easy.
Never have I gone through the drive through without a mistake to my meal. Today no exception. Burger not what I ordered. McDonald's should go over to Wendy's to see how to prepare orders accurately!
Terrible experience, started with the drive thru window no one even cared to at least let us know its going to wait a bit..we waited around 5 minutes to finally see someone at the window. Opened and offered us our McFlurry and pulled it back and shut the window on our face. Opened window after few minutes and gave us our order. The lady was extremely rude and we cake home and opened our meals and no fries with our meals. Never coming back worse experience with customer service and accuracy with orders. How can they go wrong on mobile orders?? And does any meal exclude fries !!
I wanted to express my concern over the absolutely USELESS hand dryers in the bathroom… when I mentioned it to the cashier she said “I know”… and then I said you might want to pass along my concerns bc if you don’t even have paper towels, PEOPLE WONT WASH THEIR HANDS!! It’s not rocket science McDonald’s, just get decent hand dryers or paper towels ?♀️
DO NOT BUY MCDONALD'S BBQ DOUBLE BURGER!! I tried it at McDonald's on Dundas st. Woodstock... it had so much BBQ sauce on it that it felt like I was eating soup with bread! It almost made me sick! If you feel like eating garbage like a seagull please feel free to eat at this dump
