The girl on the phone was so sweet! Unfortunately not as common now a days in customer service and it was so nice to feel like an employee genuinely wanted to help and have a conversation instead of feeling like I was just an inconvenience for ordering! Wish I got her name but whoever she is needs a raise!! LOL
My original review was 3 stars, but after the owner reached our to see what they could do make our experience better and truly listened to the issue we had I am happy to change this to 5 stars. Our last visit was great and I can see some additional training was done.
tried chicago deep dish had to wait for one only took 8 min and it was Delicious. Very friendly people clean place & good parking
HOT! ton of sauce. Peppery. crust is thicker and corn mealy. its the kind of pizza you eat in your car in under 5 minutes and feel a little ashamed after, but can't wait until you get to go back for more.
Food is always hot and ready to be picked up. I have been using the touchless pick up and I love it. Pre paid and quick in and out with my food.
It just always works. Really want to try the Batman Calzonie. Hoping one day I can get a good deal. Also they have a really cool heating system for the pizza unlocked with a special code.
This is a very good Little Caesars location! If I'm in the mood for a quick order of pepperoni pizza, or whatever new thing that Little Caesars has come up with, I like going to this one! Pictured is the Batman Calzony for their limited time promotion.
Great service and food was hot. Didn't like the more than 5 customers in the waiting area. More like 10 at one point. I did like that they gave me a buzzer so I could wait for my order in my car. They should use that more often.
