This was the worse meal I've ever received from Kelsey's and we waited 45 minutes for it. They didn't have the first 3 beers my son in law ordered. The waitress was miserable. The salt and Vinny fish tasted like it had been recooked from day old fish and chips. I am so completely grossed out that I will never go to this location again.
Our waitress seemed to be in a rush the entire time she served us. She practically threw our food on the table. We got nachos and I wanted more salsa, so I was going to ask when she came back, but when she came to check on us, she didn’t even come to the table. I didn’t have the chance to get anymore salsa as she was always in a rush and didn’t help me. I didn’t even get her name!
Great service and an amazing server just not really intended for families. Not much room for a family of 5. But loved our experience

(Was going to order another but at over $8, for this, I passed).Anyway, nice place. Washrooms were decent, staff very friendly, and the place was clean. Really, no complaints.Burger was over and above better than any other establishments nearby. Hats off to Kelsey's! Great place..2nd review: Back again, after a few months.Food was great! I had FishnChips, Wife had burger combo sans bun, etc. Spinach Dip was good - much better than other places nearby. YUM. Child had mac'n cheese, fries, etc. All good.Only issue - my coleslaw was meh - odd taste. Wife tried it, same. Next time will just ask for replacement - no biggie.Anyway, Nice staff. Place is consistently clean - Very much appreciated.
Great lunch experience with the perfect balance in service between being checked on...but not disturbed while enjoying our meal. Great suggestion of their ultimate bacon and cheese burger (sans bun) and salad for a keto friendly meal.
Server was great, and quick food, but the portion sizes have gotten so small but the prices are the same. That is disappointing. They've also changed some of their menu items like the spinach dip which now has onions and peppers in it. Their chicken fried chicken is also not that, it is chicken with gravy. If you were hoping for white gravy you won't get that here.
I was excited to eat out finally and chose Kelsey’s as I have enjoyed the food at another location. We were a party of 3 and were greeted at seated immediately. It was not busy. Our server was moderately pleasant but our drinks and our food took forever to come. I really don’t mind waiting if the server checks in once in a while and if the food comes out hot and fresh. We ordered very simple, hard to fail dishes. Our fries tasted so hard, cold and stale and our chicken wings were so over cooked it was really hard to chew. I really hate to send food back or complain. I really wish our server had touched our table more frequently but she was MIA and when I had gone to use the restroom, she was chatting up a storm with another staff member. Our experience could have been a lot better.

If you're ever looking for a convenient place to meet people from across Southwestern Ontario, this location is in the middle of your dart board. It's beside Highway 401 at the Norwich Drive exit in Woodstock and very easy for people to get together from locations across the southwest. Food and service have the basics covered well, staff are friendly, and service is reasonably quick. On this visit I was at a table of 7. Everyone ordered something different and we all enjoyed.
Food was delicious. Great staff, a bit pricey. This is the truckers burger.
