Was there a week ago and the place was packed. Loved the atmosphere and the food still came out quickly and was delicious. Our server Chris was amazing. So funny and kind and went out of his way to make sure we were well taken care of. The manager was very visible and checked on every table at least once. The best East Side Mario's around hands down.
We at at East Side Mario's in Woodstock April 23, 2022 for dinner as a family of four. The food was fantastic and very fresh. We were most impressed with our server who was also a bartender. We never needed to look for our sever because Naomi was very timely with bringing whatever we wanted before we even asked. She accomplished this without being overbearing or a nuisance. Fantastic service. We will happily return to this location!
Mel D. is an amazing server. We enjoyed a family meal out. My daughter ordered a pizza and just because it came out not looking the prettiest, the manager and server brought out another pizza....no charge!!! We heard a new younger person had started in the kitchen and we sent a message to her not to worry as the pizza tasted AMAZING!!! Support our local community and visit East Side Mario's in Woodstock!!! Great atmosphere and fantastic customer service!!

Super busy dinner. The waitresses were non stop, but food came out at a good pace. Fresh, warm and delicious. Staff is always great to deal with.Salad station must have been using thimbles to dress salad tonight though ?
We dined in on March 12, 2022, from the start it was great and friendly. The food was good and the service top notch, first time in a long time that I can say I had great service in a chain restaurant. Chris was our waiter and he was excellent. Everything came in a timely manner and his personality made our evening. My husband and I really enjoyed the banter and the great personality of this young man. He made sure our drinks were full and our food was what we wanted and never missed a beat. Great evening and mainly because of such a great Waiter. So many could learn from this young man on how its done and this is coming from someone who was a waitress while going through school.
Went for dinner last night and everything was top notch. We were served fresh hot bread upon being seated. Servers were polite and friendly and the atmosphere is very inviting. My wife loved her Jumbo Shrimp, it’s her new favorite.We will be back very soon!
Really pleased at the service by the team at Woodstock, ESM! Definitely went above & beyond, from management all the way to the kitchen! The food was absolutely amazing, will surely be back for more! Highly Recommend!

Our server, Erin, was fantastic! We love eating at East Side Mario's in Woodstock! The food is always cooked perfectly and the service is friendly and quick. We ordered the chicken parmesan and couldn't believe the size of it! As always, the bread and salad were plentiful and Erin made sure our drinks were topped up! We will definitely be back! Thanks for the great service!
