Brisk business today as it was a scorcher and everybody wanted ice cream. My 'drumstick with caramel and peanuts' flavour blizzard was very good. Staff was very busy and could not keep up with wiping tables, etc- interior if store would benefit from a deep clean and a bit of a refresh. Ice cream products all good.
I would normally give them 5 stars but we pointed out that they charged us $.50 more than the price listed on the menu board. The girl up front apologized and said I will go get a manager. The manager was a teenager who proceeded to tell us they made a mistake on the menu board. He told us the price on the till was right and that was the price we had to pay. No apology and no offer to honor the price on the menu board. He treated us like it was ridiculous that we were bothering him over 50 cents. Our point was that we expected to pay the price that was listed on the menu board and he should have honored that price. He needs to learn how to treat customers when there is a discrepancy that is their mistake.
Probably the most efficient, friendly DQ I've been to. They do a great job here

We take the grandkids out every Friday and they love going to DQ for icecream.
Love ice-cream GREAT,this is the place for every member of your family. Excellent variety and prices. Yummy place to visit even if your on a diet. Lol

Dairy Queen is finally open, that means spring can't be too far behind. Tradition in our home to treat ourselves when we see the open sign. Unfortunately like everywhere else Dairy Queen sees fit to raise their prices and reduce the amount of their serving. My husband was so surprised by the size of the sundae container he was handed he said to the young lady making it that he had asked for a large. Both young woman said, "that is our large!"What a joke.
It's a clean establishment and has all the normal ice cream options dairy queen offers. Only thing to keep in mind is they don't offer much hot food options.
