food and service very good prices reasonable manager came around checking on things and outdoor patio was busy ...large screen tv great for watching blue jays play baseball
Poor door experience ?. At least Greet the patrons when you walk past them. Waiting more than 5min to at the least be greeted is not acceptable, especially when the hostess walks past you 3 times ? Not cool no sale today

Food was good WHEN it arrived. Waited about 10 minutes to even be greeted and sat. Sat for about 10 minutes and got our drinks and ordered our appetizers. It appeared busy so we were patiently waiting. The waitress came back and asked for our food order. Waited 40 minutes before she finally returned close enough for us to ask where our appetizers were, she acted like she didn’t care and then proceeded to say she was figuring it out. No personal responsibility and blamed it all on the kitchen saying it’s their fault they lost it. We then received our food first and appetizers afterwards. The waitress was rude, spent more time chatting up a large table which appeared to be her friends, and in our almost two hour visit she came to check on us without prompt maybe 3 times. I’m usually a huge fan so this was disappointing.
We previously ate at a different location, liked it and wanted to dine again. We ate on a Sunday night around 6pm. There were very few patrons. The waitress was pleasant, but it took a long time to receive our food order. The food was well presented, hot, and tasty. Price is reasonable. I would recommend.
I like Crabby Joe's. Never had a problem until last night, which makes me scared to go again.I has ordered a burger and my partner bad ordered a plate of nachos. The food was visibly good and warm.The problem starts about 3 hours after eating. We both exhibit minor food poisoning symptoms such as pain and stomach troubles. My symptoms specifically get much much worse.Frankly, I don't remember a lot of it. I do know it's the most sick I've ever felt and it was to the point where I was considering going to the ER because I was losing so much fluids and getting tremors and had an extremely high fever.I made it through the episode fine throughout the next day. It was textbook food poisoning and I could feel it affecting my whole bodyI'm a healthy young male. If it affected me this severely it would have been horrible for someone at risk or with health conditions. Mistakes happen but it was severe enough it became a safety concern.
Absolutely horrible experience. Our waitress was completely rude and didn't seem to be a people person or belong in the food industry at all !!!
Service and food was amazing , comfortable seating temperature was great. Would be back but going home.

Had a great dinner service was quick food was nice and hot and waitress was super nice, always have great meals at the Woodstock location
