This particular Burger King is not great to put it lightly. They have a self serve only order system that does not work well at all. Not only are many people confused by it( I don't mind self serve machines personally), but their machines constantly freeze. Which to me means they definitely cheaped out on the equipment. I didn't even end up getting any food there, new york fries was the alternative ?

No cash counters, only automated touchscreen system full of software bugs. Hard to order, burger served cold.

How do you close at 7pm in a service plaza on the 401 us truck drivers would like food we don't get to go home at 5pm like everyone else

Wanted to order 2 whoppers with 2 for 1 coupon waited in line about 15 minutes just to be told they don’t accept coupons no sign or warning anywhere to tell you of that. Also no actual competent cashier so everyone takes forever to order as they browse thru every menu and select every topping one by one. Lineups are brutal hands down worst Burger King I ever visited avoid at any cost

Keep driving. No cashiers, self order kiosks, which slows the processes down as people struggle with the UI. Food came out cold and drinks watered down. Corporate needs to have a look to see what this franchise owner is up to.

Who packs a poutine without including a fork?! I understand mistakes happen but this is common sense. My burger was so cold it didn’t even WARM the cheese never mind melt it! Jalapeño bites - cold! Every single customer had to ask for help with the self serve screen because you have to hit #2 to print receipt (no sign, no heads up - just stand and wait until you finally have to ask for help) what a joke, I would never eat here again. BK you should close this location if you can’t find competent staff

No cashier, touch screen nobody can operate efficiently.. even with the slow down on orders the staff still can’t keep up with the orders. Ridiculous setup. Who’s designs and manages this stuff. What a joke!!!!!!

They don’t even have a cashier or someone to take order. Surprising how this location is still not closed.

Next in a line, at 7:01 I can't get anything because the tablets shut down. Just close this dump and let someone else step in who cares about actually serving people

Burger King again, well can't blame the system but Adi the manager insisted seeing vaccine passport for dine in but they have no system in place if I say take out and just go sit. So why ask customers for passport at all? When confronted the manager he couldn't provide a valid response! Shame burger King shame
