We’ve been to Boston Pizza in Woodstock a number of times, but the last two have been abysmal. The service the second last times was so slow, even though very few tables had customers. We tried to flag down the manager (British accent) to finally get our bill, but he pointedly looked away, and then weirdly stared out the window (doing nothing) for a few minutes. I guess he feels he is too important to do service work even when his servers are struggling. The last time, the cutlery and glasses were dirty. Also, my salad was made with brown wilted lettuce, so I sent it back. It still showed up on our bill. In fact, both salads we ordered on Pasta night, which were supposed to be discounted, showed up as full price. When we noticed this error (after we paid), we were told it would be too difficult to make the $10 adjustment, so we would have to accept a giftcard. To much weird behaviour and disappointing service from this location. We won’t be back.
Food was good but placed a pick up order was given a time and had to wait 15 minutes after I got there.
Love BP wings especially when they have a special. Was very busy and had to wait a bit to get service, and that's understandable. Wings were fantastic and so was the brews but they ran out of blue cheese dip ?
I ordered the vegan nachos. Base price was 19.99 plus the plant based meat was extra, not much cheese on it either. Guacamole was extra. Too much money with the add ons. I could have gotten a pizza for what I paid and have left overs.Waitress was pleasant.
Went there for dinner. We had the Mediterranean pizza and it was just delicious. Our server was great as well. Weather was nice so we sat on the patio. The patio was clean and there was just a great breeze flowing all the time. Highly recommend this place and if weather permits sit on the patio.
Very slow service. We did not get what we ordered due to them being out of some of the ingredients. They were completely OK with serving our choices missing main ingredients. While still charging full price.
Food was great, service was great. Many great choices on the menu.
It was a warm day and they didn't have the fans on. It was uncomfortably warm in the dining area. Perhaps the location of our seat. We waited quite a while to give our order tho it did not seem busy...perhaps it was busy elsewhere in the restaurant. It was Sunday at 5pm. It took even longer for our food to arrive. I noticed because I was very hungry. All the staff looked like teenagers lol. They were nice and polite. The food was mediocre. The ravioli is different now and I was disappointed. Seems lower quality with just pizza toppings to top the pasta. I thought any vegetable dishes seemed minimal. I like meat but I love veggies too. The chicken cubes topping my dish were so gross. The manager was very conscientious. This place has suffered but the prices have gone up with everything else I suppose.
I ordered a glutenwise chicken clubhouse. I don't know if there was a mistake but what I ate was definitely not gluten free. I have Celiac disease but I've never had a reaction from any of their other glutenwise options. I was in a lot of pain for the next few days.
Food was ok service was below satisfactorySmoked gouda pasta was goodBandera bread was over cooked and dryGarlic bread could be betterKids meal with chicken strips was goodMushroom spinach pasta was dry and didn't have flavor or much spinachCake slice is dry and not moist, looks great in picturesIt was a little busy but we literally had to walk around just to find our server. Asked for Tabasco which never came and use to offer parmesan but seems they are reluctant to offer that now. Had a few different servers they were awkward and kept forgetting things and would then just walk away.Been to quite a few BP locations definitely this was not up to standard.
