Got a frozen Root beer and it cost $4 for a small and not even filled all the way! Getting sooo cheap!
My order was completely wrong ! I did not get what I ordered at all ! I got the wrong burgers and I got fries instead of onion rings. Absolutely horrible experience !
Second time I've been to this A&W drive thru, and second time they forgotten to give me my fries with the combo. I didn't notice the fries was missing until I got home. Disappointed with the service.
The food was good and our cashier Kat was very friendly. However the other front worker Greg was very rude to her in front of us and continued to slam and throw things. I could barely have a nice meal over the sound of him repeatedly slamming the cupboard doors
Staff is always awesome here. Wife loves A&W for it's plant based food.Can't go wrong with their burgers and poutines.Foods always hot and fresh. Little bit of a wait, but definitely worth the quality of food you get. I've never had a wrong order here

What a fantastic place for fast delicious food. Everything is always hot, prepared exactly as I ask and so quick. When you only have a couple of minutes to get your meal, this it the only place to go in town! Great job people.
Not sure what’s going on at this store anymore especially the cleaning part of it. Today the main floor was dirty and the bathroom as well. This store use to be tip top and food use to be good but last few times in there have been a bust.Sorry to say but true.
Service can truly be bad if you go in at wrong time, could be as we are 1st nation and they didn't see anything wrong with over an hour wait, and then order still wasn't done and they weren't sure when it would be.....have to really think about that one watched 10 people served while waiting.
I love A&W, always have. But I got 2 bacon and Eggers that had half an inch of grease puddled in the bottom of the wrappers.. it soaked through the bag and the napkins I wrapped around the bottom, faster then I could eat them. Leaving a mess on everything.
