I ordered pizza and The pizza crust was hard crisp and all slices crust is burnt with only few pieces of cheese spread and not good taste at all even the pizza sauce was in very small quantity not even properly spread on crust, wasted my money never ever going to this place again.Not a good place for pizza.
Food was meh I have been to better Italian restaurants especially in Vaughan. The place was a ghost town which made it very uncomfortable for a table of 4 to eat at because it was so quiet. The environment itself is very unwelcoming because no one is eating with you. You would think its a start-up restaurant business but from these reviews this restaurant has been here for years. Weird that there is not more people dining in at dinner time.
The atmosphere is nice and bright, our server was friendly, the food, portion size and presentation were all good but lacked salt in every dish we ordered. I would not recommend the carbonara it was watery and salt less even the pancetta didn’t have much flavour. It also lacked cheese. The hot oil for pizza was very weak in flavour and heat. I would still return and try other items they just need to add a bit more salt to dishes.
The food was good but the service was terrible! They didn’t ask us once how the food was or if we needed anything once we got our meals. The server took forever to come back barely saw her and in the end when we went to pay via gift card we weren’t aware that she had already bypassed the tip and gave herself an 18% tip until she gave us the receipt… like wth… so the tip was almost $30 for someone that didn’t even really provide service…. Rip off… wouldn’t recommend going here and if you do make sure they don’t enter the tip for you and check before paying
We had our sons Baptism here and could not be happier with how everything worked out. The food was delicious and portions were very generous. All our guests went home very full and super content. The service from the ladies was great and very friendly! Always love coming here and of course excited to have my next event here as well. Thank you for a very enjoyable day!
Thank you for the properly made margerita pizza. ???It’s only been a couple days since I had a pizza from Vivo, and I’m craving for more. It’s gonna be difficult eating pizza from any other run of the mill pizza places.The dining room seemed casual, the food here is suited more for a fine dining atmosphere. Aside from that, I hope they don’t change a single thing. ?
I have been to this location several times prior to the pandemic and each time I went I had a decent experience. I decided to order from this location on Uber Eats a week ago. I had ordered a pizza and a penne alla vodka. The pizza arrived cold and to make it worse, my second bite of pasta I pulled a long black hair out of my mouth. I was beyond disgusted and could not continue eating. I contacted Uber and they did nothing about it. Truly disappointed as I do not enjoy writing negative reviews but I had a pretty disgusting experience.
My entire meal was perfect. Had the carbonara - done the authentic and proper way. Best one I've ever had. Finished the meal with an absolutely delicious semifreddo - each layer had its own texture and was lovely. Staff was great as well. Couldn't recommend this place more!
Ordered a Margherita pizza from here, picked it up and came home only to realize they didn’t put the basil on it. I called them and politely told them what happened, and they offered a credit. A few weeks later when I called to cash in the credit, I was told they had no record of my credit. If you can’t honour your word, and forget ingredients on a simple 2 topping pizza, you shouldn’t be running a restaurant.
The worst experience ever! Ordered a pasta to go, person taking my order kid understood and gave me the wrong dish. When I got home and noticed that there was meat in my pasta that I requested to be vegetarian as I am a vegetarian, I called. The only solution was to drive all the way back and receive a refund OR drive all the way back and give back the wrong dish and receive the correct one. They did nothing on their end to try make this right or put in an extra effort for THEIR mistake. Will never order here again.
